There was a lot of dust in the room. On the lights of the bedside tables there was that much dust that you could write your name in.

Breakfast was terrible and so was lunch from bar menu. Facilities were good in spa. Location good for Anglesey Abbey. Most staff were helpful.

There was an excellent aircon system in a very comfortable bedroom, just a bit noisey from banging doors at night. The English cooked breakfast was a bit light on contents considering the cost of it! Serving staff did not seem so happy compared with other hotels ive stayed at! Good location with nice pubs down the road for food and drink.

Great staff. So many problems

We had a meal, two main courses sent back once and 1 sent back twice. Kitchen then closed so my partner did not even get a main course at dinner. Hoovering in neighbouring room was an unpleasant wake up call in morning. Keys kept not working and items charged to the wrong room.
