The check in was a nightmare. The girl said we had no reservation (even though I showed her our confirmation email). She wasn’t helpful with the issue and didn’t even want to get the manager for me to speak with (saying he “probably wouldn’t want to come down.”) Ultimately we learned our booking accidentally got cancelled (which she should have been able to see in their system). There were also crackheads doing drugs near the adjacent building. Once we were given a room (which was more hassle than it should have been), we were very pleased with the interior. Clean, comfortable, and very nice room. Breakfast could’ve used some eggs or sausage or something but bagels were good. Pool was small but warm, which was nice.

Yes. We loved our stay. Our room was by the lumberyard so it was noisy during the day but better at night. The breakfast was excellent and the lobby was clean and beautiful. The girl at the front desk did not tell me that she was putting a $100 deposit down iin my card and said it was for incidentals. So that was surprising when I saw the charge. But it was a great stay.

Room wasn't completely clean and even after cleaning it again there was still miscellaneous items in the drawers and a broken pen on the dresser. Also, I had trouble getting the door to work. It was finicky during my stay and I needed assistance during the morning of check out.to enter the room after breakfast to get out the last of my luggage. I felt strongly that I deserved a discount off of my two night stay which the facility wouldn't authorize through Hotels.com. I definitely will avoid Best Westerns in the future.

Our room had lots of dog hair in the carpet. Also found a dog turd behind the chair. Had to wait for the desk person upon check In and check out because they were busy doing other duties. Breakfast was terrible. NOT HAPPY.
