The accomodation was lovely, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were always friendly & helpful. We knew parking might be challenging, but we were able to park easily overnight in street parking for minimum fee. It was a bit sad that the in-house restaurant and bar closed in November, the Star man restaurant next door at Hyatt centric was nice & all the staff worked together to help us & make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and home like. Stayed here for 19 nights. Cleaning was once a week and if I need anything during that (clean towels and toilet paper) I’d just request for it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was my unit was cold as the heating wasn’t working, but we were offered another room but it was smaller and we had so many things to pack up. Wouk’s stay here again as it was so nice and 4 minutes walk to Sainbury grocery store.

Cutlery was hard to find(in draw below oven). Instructions for oven weren’t for our oven but worked it out in end. No restaurant - but info on tv suggests there is - it closed week before so the info needs updating

rooms were ok, however dont stay there on a weekend if you wish to sleep. rooms arent soundproofed and the bar thumps music out until 1am. we were staying with out 3 year old and were not told there would be music playing so loud and so late. called reception twice to be told there was nothing they could do. was going to stay in cambridge for the day, however after hardly any sleep we just gave up and went home. would never stay again
