Cozy Cabin By The Pond, Sleeps 2

A cozy cabin overlooking pond, gardens and large lawn. The knotty pine interior is warm and inviting. The two room cabin offers 2 comfortable living room chairs, fully equipped kitchen (toaster oven, cook top, microwave, refrigerator), a very comfortable queen sized bed, 3/4 bath, heat pump mini split for heat and A/C and separate parking. No smoking and no open flame candles allowed. Free guest Internet Wifi access. Paved driveway is shared with the owner's residence. Just 10 minute drive to downtown Belfast. Relax outside around the pond and campfire ring with swinging benches. We welcome you to your Maine cabin experience.

We were so excited to find this little gem that allowed us to bring our fur baby! The owners were so sweet, kind and attentive but also provided plenty of space and private time. They were very accomodating when we asked for an earlier check in. The grounds are beautifly kept. There is a nice wooded area for short dog walks which helped with our pups daily "duties". The kitchen was so clean and organized, everything you need. We loved having morning coffee using the french press and electric water kettle for quick water boiling. Being able to have beverages in the swinging chairs was a bonus. The only thing we would change would be a longer stay!

Wonderful clean cabin on a beautiful property! The hosts were warm and kind and had lots of great information about Maine inside the cabin and more than willing to offer advice or answer questions. Another comfortable stay at the cozy cottage. We used it as a "base camp" and mainly slept there. Good access to Stonington, Acadia and then a day south to New Harbor and Pemaquid exploring our favorite places. Charming little place!

Thank you for your tips about places to eat, grocery stores, and places to walk around Belfast! We love the harborwalk, rail trail, and pet friendly restaurants along the waterfront! Quiet Getaway!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Cozy Cabin. I just wanted to get away for reading and accomplished my goal! I love that there isn’t a TV, but there is WiFi. The fridge is great capacity and the microwave and oven are perfect. There is a grocery store less than 15 minutes away if you’re like me and just want to stay in. Barbara and John leave a great welcome message. I’ll be staying here again when I want a quiet getaway!

Charming cottage and Great Hosts

We got into the cottage and John and Barbara stopped in to make sure we had everything we needed and the cottage was warm enough) on a cold chilly February day). Our dogs were welcomed (we brought our own bed cover but they had one available too!). Great location to visit Belfast. The cottage was comfortable with a well supplied kitchen. Wonderful stay!

Cozy is Right

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful, quiet stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the wifi was perfect for binge watching our favorite tv shows on our laptop. I hurt my back just as we were leaving to drive the 3 hours from home to the cabin. When we arrived I was still hurting. John gave me a heating pad and ice pack to use, which was very nice and super helpful.

Perfect for us!

This was our second stay at John and Barbara's "Cozy Cabin". We travel from New Hampshire to Maine to visit our elderly aunt and our cousins in Camden a couple times a year. We have 2 dogs, a German Shepherd and a Springer Spaniel who are quite comfortable at this cabin. The hosts, John and Barbara, live in their house further down the driveway. They are down-to-earth friendly and informative about the cabin as well as nearby places to go. The cabin is very well stocked with anything you need to cook (bring your own food). The appliances are great.Overall, we 100% recommend reserving their cabin for your stay.We will be back!Erich and MaryAnn
