This magnificent, luxurious villa, with its zen-like, comfortable atmosphere, is the perfect place for a rejuvenating holiday. Its large covered terrace and heated, secure swimming pool (submerged roller shutter) with a stunning 180-degree view over the Hérault valley will delight you for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
It is located in Campagnan, a small, very quiet village, with a beach just two minutes from the house on the banks of the Hérault. The beaches of Mèze, Marseillan and Sète, the Salagou lake, the Mourèze cirque, Pézenas, Saint Guilhem le Désert and Montpellier are all less than 30 minutes away by car.
The villa has five large bedrooms, four shower rooms and two separate WCs with washbasins. One of the bathrooms has a shower and bath. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing facilities. Games room.
The villa has a double garage with two charging points for electric cars, and several parking spaces in the courtyard.

Séjour exceptionnel

Une maison exceptionnelle ! Tout le confort, quasiment neuve avec des prestations haut de gamme que ce soit l’intérieur ou l’extérieur. Un panorama à perte de vue sur la garrigue et les monts du Haut Languedoc. Une terrasse piscine bordée de végétaux très agréable et un environnement calme. Des hôtes attentionnés. Bref, une maison de vacances de qualité rare!!!
