A river touch property charmed us since timenwe entered the place. You might not be able to guess what you might discover as you enter the property. It was very well kept and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with utilities. We had an amazing stay. I did wish the checkin and checkout time were more flexible and longer, so we could have enjoyed the property vicinity more.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a security gate, so we felt that our vehicle was secure during our stay.

You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals! We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay.

Very Nice Place

Nicely finished place, backing up to a waterway. The owner insists on people keeping it clean (e.g., removing shoes), which is nice. The shower was a bit narrow, but worked fine. The neighboring customers were not very considerate, and so the limited noise insulation between floors and between rooms was annoying when they were talking loudly or seemingly stomping around. Very nice and thoughtful owner. Parking is within a gated area on the street side. Within walking or driving distance of numerous places to eat, shop, or visit.

So-so

The sheets were terrible polyester - uncomfortable and washed with a really gross scent. The rest of the hotel was quite clean. Noise definitely carries from the upstairs. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked with everything you need to cook. The communication with the management could definitely be improved. They insist on a very small window to check in and that should be upfront when booking the room. The area immediately outside the hotel complex is sketchy. Nice view and you are right on the river.
