Nice waterfront property with great places to sit quietly on the beach or the open area behind the hotel. The hotel itself needs some work, smells musty as soon as you walk in with a bucket collecting water dripping from area above ceiling, hallways look old and dated with dirty towels and laundry piled up outside a couple of doors. Room has been updated and was reasonably clean, there was no soap or shampoo in the cheap looking dispenser, neither were refilled and I had to ask for soap. Room had a number of drain flies sitting on the walls, not sure where they were coming from. Definitely not worth the price with over $300 including taxes, this is a $150 hotel.

It was very close to a wedding venue and 1/2 the price of staying there. The beds were so comfortable except for the hydro went out on our third night stay and I couldn’t use my CPAP machine. Water pressure for showering was amazing! View from our balcony was ocean front and very private. Coffee was delicious and if I had known there was utensils and bowls would have purchased cereal and milk. Saved money!!!

The close location to beaches is convenient..the grounds are rather unkept. We were woken up at 1am by a yelling lady from a nearby room who pounded on our door because alarm was going off. Not the fault of the resort but it spoiled our rest. ..we requested a comped night to make up for it ...said they would do that..

Very low budget. Terrible beds, no coffee maker in room so cold old horrible coffee in lobby. Old ragged towels; noisy room. When toilets flush, there’s a loud moaning noise for a few seconds. Same group of people hanging in lobby when check-in in and out. Not sure if staff or guests with no rooms. Would only return if I had no other options

The people on the floor above us woke us up at 5 AM. The floor was so thin We could hear their phone vibrating on silent mode. The building is quite old and the rooms were quite small. I would not go back to the ocean resort unless it was at a fraction of what we paid to stay there.

Beautiful property - too noisy

The front desk staff member at check in was great. There was a beautiful wedding going on out front which was nice to see. The lobby was decorated in a beachy theme. The property was lovely. The rooms need work. Double beds are awful to sleep in with someone else. The bathroom walls had hair on them. There were no nightstands or outlets near the beds. We expected traffic noise but it was excessively loud and we could hear people coughing and moving about in other rooms. The walls need more insulation. I think I got about an hour of sleep. Wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone.

Was a great place to stay right on the ocean. Perfect location. Rooms are small but adequate. There was quite a bit of dog hair on the quilts on both beds. The rest of the room was very clean.
