Super Gegend, angenehme Gastgeber

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Am Rande der historischen Altstadt von Campiglia Marittima , mit einem weiten Blick über die Toskana zum Meer und zur Insel Elba. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist die öffentliche Straße. Leider ist der Wasserdruck an Dusche und Wasserhähnen sehr schwach, sodaß ein vernünftiges Duschen nicht möglich ist.

Appartamento bello e spazioso in un ottima location

Appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso, comodo e funzionale. Ottima location: appena fuori dalle mura ma in un attimo, poco più di 100 mt, siamo nelle viuzze e nella piazza principale del bellissimo borgo medievale di Campiglia Marittima. C'è una lunga terrazza e un bellissimo panorama con una vista da Pratoranieri al parco di Rimigliano passando da Piombino e Baratti. Tutti luoghi facilmente accessibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Parcheggio comodo davanti casa. Inoltre c'è un bel giardino, solo che non è tanto agevole perché bisogna uscire in strada e rientrare da un cancelletto e scendere delle scale: ma questo lo sapevamo perché la proprietaria ci aveva avvertito. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Speriamo di tornare perché siamo stati davvero molto bene.

Appartamento pulito, funzionale, con tutto quello che poteva servire per un soggiorno. L'unica pecca, che non riguarda direttamente la proprietà, è che nei dintorni ci sono un sacco di cani da caccia tenuti nei recinti che di notte fanno cagnara..Tutto sommato la consiglio, se avete il sonno pesante!

La casa è confortevole per 3 o 4 persone, il bagno è ampio e la cucina, seppur piccolina, è funzionale.La vista dalla terrazza è strepitosa ed il paese è tranquillo, quindi la sera c'è il dovuto silenzio. Anche se non lo abbiamo mai usato c'è anche un giardino terrazzato, ottimo per passare la serata in compagnia. La signora Rosanna, gentilissima, è stata puntuale ed efficiente. Torneremo!

Casa in ottima posizione per esplorare le spiagge della zona, molto fresca e con una vista stupenda!

È stata una bella esperienza, casa spaziosa e super comoda, sempre fresca! Propietaria gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha aiutati a trovare la spiaggia giusta per noi e dei posticini super dove assaggiare la cucina locale. Paesino stupendo!

sympathische und praktische Wohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht

In den großen, hohen und hellen Räumen lässt sich die Mittagshitze gut überbrücken, morgens und abends (Mückenschutz nicht vergessen!) kann man auf dem Balkon den wunderbaren Blick über die Ebene bis zum Meer genießen. Bequeme Betten mit guten Matratzen! Sehr angenehm: da Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen sind und die Waschmaschine gut funktioniert, braucht man nicht so viel Wäsche mitzubringen. Überholungsbedürftig wären zwei Steckdosen, die Warmwasserversorgung in der Küche (und für kleine Kinder vielleicht die Badewanne, für uns waren Dusche und Bidet voll ausreichend) Insgesamt empfehlenswert - wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Aussicht auf die Ebene und die Bucht von Piombino bis nach Follonica ist umwerfend

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Aussicht auf das Meer entschädigt alles. Wer keine Ansprüche auf Menues kochen hat, kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Englisch oder Italienisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
