A limpeza do quarto poderia estar melhor. Em especial o box do banheiro que estava encebado desde o inicio da estadia até o final. O colchão não era tão confortável, mas deu pra passar bem as noites. Já os travesseiros e o sofá cama precisariam ser substituídos por melhores. Todas as refeições foram muito bem servidas, com bastante variedade e qualidade. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados!

Limpeza quartos, organização ok. Custo benefício sem desconto questionável. Cardápio do buffet é simples, sem muitas opções, mas bem feitos. Limpeza da area comum, piscinas também não OK com poucos hóspedes parece que largam, fiquei uma semana. Acesso e facilidades no parque, excepcional.

O quarto muito bom. Bom espaço, banheiro bom. Mas teve momentos que sentimos cheiro de esgoto. A equipe boa. Educados e atenciosos. Mas achei que os promotores de venda tinha que ter um espaço reservado, pois é um pouco invasivo a abordagem deles, enquanto procuramos nesses lugares exatamente o contrário, paz, nada de negócios, nada de compromissos.

O quarto é excelente! As piscinas são ótimas e os funcionários são eficientes. Único problema que eu tive foi quando pedi um xburguer na lanchonete e veio muito ruim! Mas o almoço é excelente! Outro problema é o estacionamento...nem sempre se consegue estacionar próximo ao seu quarto.

Nós tivemos o azar de chover e estar frio em outubro, o resort não tem estrutura para crianças, como por exemplo não tem lápis, canetinha, papel para desenhar...só tem uma brinquedoteca bem pequena para crianças até 6 anos e ainda não entretém por muito tempo...

O unico problema que tive foi o seguinte: Fomos ao Resort para comemorar o aniversário da minha filha, dia 13/10.No Checkin fomos avisados no café da manha do dia 13/10 ela receberia uma homenagem no refeitório durante o café da manha e um cook especial. No dia 13/10 no café da manha não teve nada, aí eu fui perguntar se não ia ter e a pessoa disse que seria no jantar. Na hora do jantar foram com um cook e deram para outra aniversariante. Minha filha nem jantou, ficou chateada, tem apenas 11 anos. Acho que o hotel não tem obrigação nenhuma de dar esse cook, mas tambem não devia falar que vai dar e pior que isso, dar para uma criança e não para outra. Essa foi uma decepção que minha filha trouxe na mala de volta. Realmente não sei se voltaremos a esse Resort.
