Hotel lotado e por conta disto uma loucura pra usar o elevador. 2 elevadores q cabem 5 pessoas pra este tanto de gente que se hospeda aqui. O colchão é horrivel que afunda. Travesseiro que nem espuma tem, melhor trazer o seu. Café da manha nada do que reclamar, tem bastante variedades e repõem sempre. Recepção são mto educados. É é a segunda vez que venho pelo fato do hotel aceitar pet, que em Piracicaba a maioria não aceita, infelizmente. Já sabendo do excesso de gente q mesmo fora de feriado, tbem foi cheio. Se vc procura custo e beneficio é ok... mas se vc não tiver paciência com lotação e mta gente mal educada, aqui não é indicado.

Foi uma experiência positiva, os funcionários são atenciosos e educados, atenderam sempre com cordialmente. O café da manhã tinhas bastante variações e opções de produtos frescos e de qualidade. Ponto negativo para a porta que fez muito barulho para fechar e não era apenas do meu quarto, e devido ao fluxo intenso de pessoas foi necessário um tempo de espera maior para acessar o elevador.

Razoável para ruim, necessita modernizar, e reformar, paredes com umidade, camas estreitas e com colchões antigos, banheiro sem iluminação próximo a pia, mármore da pia com remendos, sem secador no quarto, toalhas em má conservação. O quarto tb necessita melhor iluminação. Saboneteira do chuveiro quebrada. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. ( melhorar a qualidade dos produtos como suco, salsicha…)?No geral precisa melhorar muito e realizar manutenção. Recepção boa . Outro familiar tb se hospedou e teve problemas com vazamento no chuveiro.
