Não foi possível a minha estadia. O sistema do hotel estava fora do ar. Alem disso o local nao tem nenhuma característica de um hotel, mas sim de um motel de beira de estrada. Péssimo local! Estou requerendo ao Hoteis.com o estorno dos valores pagos.

Minha experiência no hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O atendimento deixou a desejar, com pouca atenção e cordialidade por parte da equipe. O café da manhã foi o pior ponto: havia moscas sobre os alimentos, os pães estavam duros e acabei passando mal após tentar comer. Além disso, a cama era extremamente dura, dificultando o descanso, e o quarto estava visivelmente sujo, demonstrando falta de cuidado com a limpeza e manutenção. Infelizmente, não recomendaria o hotel e acredito que precisa de melhorias urgentes em vários aspectos para oferecer um mínimo de conforto e qualidade aos hóspedes.

Na realidade o hotel é um antigo motel às margens da Anhanguera, muito desconfortável, os funcionários todos muito educados e tentam atender da melhor maneira possível mas precisa anunciar a verdade que o formato é de motel, cheguei a ver famílias logo não é um motel mas o modelo é de motel, não parece que tem muita locação portanto acredito que as condições financeiras não são as melhores e o quadro de funcionários é bem reduzido

Supriu a necessidade, que era ficar próximo ao Hopi Hari. Estamos em família e em dois quartos, a reserva foi feita em quatro distantes, não gostei disso. Lembrando que antes de ser hotel era um motel, então todo acesso é pela garagem, no meu caso um pouco dificultoso com acesso aos meus filhos.
