The hotel is very nice. Everything is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are all new. The only negative point is the breakfast, which fell well below expectations. But overall, excellent value for money.

Great option

The hotel is outside the city,however, easy access to all the surrounding cities. You will need a car to go anywhere. It has a on site restaurant with great menu options. The hotel and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Better than most hotels near by with a much better price .

Quarto limpo, recepção atenciosa e área de lazer é muito boa mesmo, um diferencial. Como ponto de melhoria, o café da manha poderia ser melhorado com mais opções como os demais hotéis da região mas atende. A reposição de itens de café e a limpeza das mesas pela manha deveriam ocorrer normalmente e evitar desgastes com hospedes (o hotel tem 2 atendentes só para isso, estranho...é o vicio no celular...)

Foi minha segunda vez no hotel, eu tinha ido da outra vez na mesma época (carnaval), o que me fez não gostar da hospedagem dessa vez: 1° o hotel estava muito cheio e isso gerou problemas de lotação na piscina e no café da manhã; 2° Os hóspedes que estavam nos quartos próximos à piscina guardavam os lugares (mesmo não estando lá) o que fez faltar guarda-sois em alguns momentos; 3° Eu consumi tudo do hotel, minha conta deu 1055 reais, porém, ao fim do segundo dia, percebi que a maioria dos hóspedes estavam levando para a piscina bebidas que não eram do bar, me senti lesado e feito de bobo, pois eu estava pagando 3 vezes mais em uma lata de cerveja pois não podia consumir nada de fora, enquanto os demais hóspedes consumiram tudo de fora. O que me fez voltar ao hotel, hoje não me faz cogitar voltar ao hotel um dia.
