Tem muito o que melhorar

Para o porte do hotel, muitas coisas precisam mudar. Fiz o check-in em uma sexta a noite no quarto D01, as 3h da manha acordei e nao consegui mais dormir devido ao barulho do ar condicionado, parecia que estava dentro de uma casa de maquinas. Enviei msg na recepção e prontamente fui trocada para o quarto 28. Para minha decepção, ao ir no banheiro pela manhã, nao havia papel higienico. Fui tomar cafe e pedi a reposição na recepção. 30 min depois voltei para o quarto e nada do papel. Mandei msg na recepcao, aguardei e nada. Entao fiquei na porta do quarto de prontidão ate que algumem da limpeza passou e eu pedi pelo papel higienico. No domingo o quarto nao foi arrumado. O enxoval do hotel precisa ser renovado. Nunca me hospedei em um hotel com toalhas tao encardidas e velhas. Os lençóis estao tao finos que estao transparentes. Faltam pratos e copos no quarto e senti falta tambem de um cofre. Para o porte do hotel esperava mais do cafe da manha. As opcoes salgadas sao bem limitadas. Faltam opcoes de tortas, paes e salgados. Nao utilizei o restaurante e a piscina. A unica coisa que compensou foi o atendimento. Todos muito educados e solicitos. O hotel tem potencial, mas muita parte estrutural precisa de ajuste.
