Ótima localização

Se a pessoa quer conforto, local de luxo estilo o HGH, a Pousada Pink Village, etc, não vá. A funcionária Shirley é um AMOR DE PESSOA, super prestativa. O local fica próximo do centro comercial e do centro turístico (Capivari), tem mercado, posto de combustível, pizzarias bem próximos. Lá não possui torneiras quentes nos banheiros do chalé, e os chuveiros não são tão quentes (em especial o da suíte), não há televisões Smart (esqueça Netflix, Prime Vídeo, etc). Pelo valor pago, não tinha como exigir e esperar um super atendimento e um local que houvesse de tudo, como eu queria uma estadia e com boa localização, fui e não me arrependo. Pra quem quer localização, super recomendo!

Foi muito boa. O café da manhã estava muito bom e bem servido.li alguns comentários denegrindo o café da manhã, porém não tive o que reclamar, achei tudo ótimo. A funcionária muito educada e preparava o café com muito carinho e amor, efereceu trocar as toalhas diariamente, ofereceu decador de cabelo, e estava sempre solícita. O quarto é confortável e aconchegante. O chuveiro funcionou perfeitamente. Vi alguns comentarios falando sobre não esquentar por nada. Também não tive problemas com isso. Só atenção quando for para campos e estiver muito frio no local, pois eles disponibilizam aquecedores com uma taxa extra. Então fica a dica para planejade viagem.

A localização é muito boa perto do centro e perto da avenida que tem tudo. Alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. O atendimento foi muito simpático o café da manhã foi bom.

Quarto muito diferente do anúncio, chão carpete com muito pó, pensei em tirar o tapete para meu bebê engatinhar no carpete puro e não ter o que colocar na boca e tinha muito pó embaixo, acho que limpam apenas por cima, quando chegamos não tinha TV, tivemos que solicitar e atenderam a nossa solicitação, estacionamento bem pequeno, pelo que entendemos cabiam 3 carros apenas, mas informaram que era tranquilo deixar na rua, o atendimento gostamos, café da manhã com poucas opções, porém gostoso, bem caseirinho. Nossa insatisfação foi com o quarto, nossa estadia ficou quase 700 reais, mas não vale pelo que entregam.
