Great place with a lot of greenery set on a beautiful hillside. The best aspect of the hotel for sure would e the heated pool and jacuzzi area, but they also have comfortable rooms and a free breakfast.

Nossa experiência foi muito boa, de uma maneira geral. Os funcionários foram super educados e solicitos o tempo todo. A comida também era muito boa. Tinha só um único funcionário atendendo todo o restaurante e ele foi incrível. Ficamos num quarto simples, mas ok, estava limpo e arrumado. Confesso que nós só sentimos falta foi de funcionários ajudando na logística pra estacionar e descarregar as malas. Esse ponto é bem inconveniente, se você for ficar no chalé 5, como o nosso. É o mais alto da montanha e fica super distante de onde podia estacionar. Tem muitas subidas e escadarias até lá, então subir com criança de 3 anos, cachorro e mais as malas foi bem cansativo.

Alguns quartos ficam em chales, fora do.predio principal, sendo necessário andar um pouco mais para o café e recepção. Quarto standart muito pequeno e com um banheiro grande, acho que deveria ser o inverso. Não achei aconchegante. Instalações antigas. Café da manhã é bom, mas após as 8h fica muito cheio, isto dificulta pegar alguns itens e copos que acabam muito rápido. Piscina aquecida, mas água não é muito quente, o que prejudica o uso, pois Campos do Jordão é uma cidade fria. O preço pago no feriado em que fui, não compensa.
