Muito bom o hotel porem os colchoes sao pessimos! Eles juntam duas camas de solteiro o que fica pior. Hotel muito limpo e com um otimo cafe da manha e atendimento.

O Atendimento é maravilhoso, o café da manhã é muito bom, o estacionamento é de fácil acesso e extremamente conveniente pra quem vai de carro, mas o fato de não ter ar condicionado e a região ser muito movimentada, o barulho a noite incomoda demais pra dormir.

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado do parque capiravi. é possível ir a pé para a avenida principal e também fica em local estratégico para sair do centro da cidade em direção aos pontos turísticos mais afastados. Os funcionários são bem solicitos e simpáticos. O quarto é espaçoso. O ponto negativo (mas que pelo que vi é padrão da região) é que não tem ar condicionado no quarto. Fui em um período de bastante calor e só deixar a janela aberta nao era suficiente para refrescar. O café da manhã também é um ponto negativo. Fiquei no hotel um total de 5 dias (em duas reservas) e em todos eles o café foi idêntico, exatamente os mesmos itens.

Parte dos funcionários foram bem atenciosos mas as acomodações do hotel deixam a desejar pelo valor cobrado. As camas e os travesseiros do quarto são muito duros, a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar e a colcha estava muito suja, com várias manchas. O hotel tinha Sky na televisão mas a conta não foi paga, então não funcionava. O espelho do banheiro estava bem danificado
