The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

Suitable and near the historical churches.

It is necessary to take care when booking because some rooms have no table and desk and the consequence of maintenance at outside and parking side is the level of sounds and dusties.

When I visit the holy city I usually stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the ongoing renovations and I stayed in one of the renovated single rooms. Everything is fine and the only downside is that a curtain could be installed in the shower without the glass. Great breakfast with a variety of fruits, carbohydrates, proteins and also countless treats!

Ótima localização, excelente café da manhã, limpeza impecável, roupas de cama de boa qualidade. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas como não vamos em Aparecida para ficar dentro do quarto de hotel, não teve nenhum problema. Somente avalio que os elevadores não são suficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes que o hotel comporta.

O quarto, assim como todo o ambiente comum do hotel, corredores, refeitório, recepção, estavam sempre limpos. A equipe de funcionários é cordial. O café da manhã é satisfatório, o jantar deixou um pouco a desejar. O quarto é pequeno, assim como o banheiro, mas atendeu a finalidade. O ar condicionado e frigobar estavam funcionando perfeitamente. Tem um mercado do lado, padaria, lanchonetes e posto de combustíveis bem pertinho. É próximo ao Santuário. Durante o período de hospedagem fizemos tudo a pé. Voltaria novamente.
