The house is located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, medium-sized towns where you will find all the services you may need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, petrol stations, etc... Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi, well-known beaches in Mallorca, are just 16 minutes away by car.



The Farm is furnished with light wood furniture and has 200 m² of living space and capacity for 6 people.

The kitchen, with a semi-open style and an American bar, is well equipped. There are three bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds) and two bathrooms with a bathtub.

The house has a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV and Wifi and a fully equipped American kitchen.



In winter, it has central heating.



In the outdoor area: you will find the large 10x5 m swimming pool, with its sun loungers and relaxation area, porches, chairs... In one of the porches there is another table where you can enjoy any meal in the fresh air. From there you can control the entire pool and terrace area. An outdoor grill for barbecues with family or friends.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person).
