This house is very sunny and is located at the end of the street without parking problems.
You can go to the beach walking or cycling taking about 10 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car.
It has a private pool with sun beds and table with chairs in the pool area with sun umbrella.
It has barbecue on the side of the house. The porch is ideal for lunch and dinner. Inside there is a living room with 2 sofas and a TV and a breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms have all windows that overlook the garden and the pool, with double closets and drawers. The 2 bathrooms are complete with both shower trays. It has an upper terrace where you can see the views of the urbanization and also serves as a solarium. The house has 95 m2 plus the porch and pool area, in total the plot is 420 m2. In the garage there are bicycles available as well as mattresses and beach utensils, umbrellas, beach chairs, bath towels. etc ... Equipped with heating / air conditioning. It has WIFI. Fireplace.
