Staff were very helpful, allowing a slightly early check in to enable an appointment, heating good,bed comfortable On the downside, shortage of soap in the shower, many drawers have broken handles ad we only found out about the lack of Restaurant facilities on arrival. Food (take away to eat in the room) was reasonable.

The Forrest Apartments was the perfect accommodation for my 1st time visiting Canberra. Clean, comfortable, affordable and most of all, great customer service provided by the owner and reception staff. I definitely will be back .

The nice green areas you see online do not apply to hotel rooms. I went looking for them and they were at the apartments. Our view was of concrete and car park. Two story so cases need to be carried upstairs. Bed was comfortable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Mistakenly left car key at reception area. Staff on duty immediately notified us. Room is clean. Near Manuka where there are restos and shops. Next to Red Hill. Parking spots are plentiful if you arrive not too late. Close to the main Canberra roads and accessible from nearby highways.
