Unfortunately our stay was less than enjoyable!!
Night 1: arrive to find room still
Dirty and beds not made properly, have photos of rubbish left behind and dirty mark in bathroom and behind door, along with what look like cigarette burns, wifi and phone lines out!! Had to walk back to reception to ask about wifi, was met with uninterested desk clerk, who advised one hour max!!
Morning 1: still no Wifi!!!!! Buffet breakfast less than average, watery scrambled eggs and bacon and sausages as tough as all boot leather, spoke to staff (different but still uninterested) about wifi, was advised it had been rectified returned to room I. Seperate building, we walk back…….no wifi, upset kids!!
We go about our day!!
Return that evening, still no
Wifi, still uninterested staff, advised it will be rectified immediately (it wasn’t)
Night 2: children from other rooms running up and down hallway, knocking on doors and running off, again staff didn’t really care!!
Morning 2 (checkout) breakfast was slightly better, staff still seemed pre occupied, then whilst packing up our belongings, found more left
Over rubbish from previous guests under bed!!!
Will not be returning, will be pursuing hotel for full refund!!!!
For the money we spent, looking for nice weekend getaway we could have done a roadside motel for half the price and had the same quality..
Summary: Rooms dated and damaged, pics make it look way more attractive than what we walked into.
