Some lights broken..cannot be turn on.. In bathroom, the exaust fan not working properly. The stair for bank bed is broken. The sliding door in the toilet not working properly,.many times stuck hard to open and close Need extra towel and pillow case Was not provided.

Not 1 power point worked in the room. I wish I had checked this before we went out as I didn’t want to call someone late at night and get a $80 call out fee. No one at reception till 10am check out and no one would answer the phone. Had to leave half hair done and no phones charged. When called later was just told sorry will check them out thanks for letting us know.

Comfort and location

Large, really comfortable room (twin queen beds) with lots of storage. Fantastic bathroom setup. Excellent service from all staff. Easy parking even for large 4WDs. Fantastic location at Gold Creek near select family tourist attractions and multiple cafes nearby to cater for the traveller (this room does not have a kitchenette - only tea making facilities). Motel caters to large group travellers such as school groups routinely.
