We stayed here because the Expedia information said EV charging was available. Charging has been broken for months which was a disappointment. Also there were damaged curtains which was a bit of a put off. On the positive side very friendly staff and bed was great. Hotel is very convenient for tram to city

Price was good but EV charger was a key reason we stayed there and it wasn’t working. Should not be listed as a feature unless functional. Room has damaged plaster and stains on the curtains. Was ok, nothing brilliant but the price was right.

Only space for clothes is a couple of hangers, NO draw space. Double bed is two singles pushed together with just a sheet covering them. You may as well just have two singles because you can't sleep in the middle of the bed. Huge whole in curtain. I had no housekeeping, but to do dishes, no drain plug and no tea towel to dry with. Very Poor. Won't be staying here again.

The receptionist rushed through information at check-on so fast I could hardly understand her. The breakfast was not worth $ 23 - one particular problem was that there was only one toaster and it took a long time just to half heat - not properly toast - the bread.

Close to cbd, helpful staff. Parking is seperate to the building so unpacking and packing car you had to bring car to the hotel front which wasn’t far. Hotel room - TV was not programmed in and couldn’t use it; mini fridge in room, the door had been left ajar freezer was frozen over and fridge door was unable to be closed so could not use mini fridge to keep anything cool.

A private feel in that you do not pass reception on entry and exit. Does not have its own carpark. Parking is awkward and problematic. Moving a car after 2 hours gives a homelessness feel. Making here possibly suitable for the carless, short stay, business person only.

It was convenient for what i needed. However, apart from that I wasn't thrilled. My sheets had holes in them, there was no utensils at all, only a icy pole stick for the coffee. I had to buy cutlery at the supermarket. The carpet was stained and there was hair in the drain. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay again.
