Discover the pearl of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! In the heart of a quiet area, this charming house can accommodate 4 travellers and will be the ideal base for your getaway. Ideally located near the shops and only 5 minutes from the sea, you will have a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an umbrella bed, a shower room, as well as a private terrace facing south! Sheets and towels are provided.

With a surface area of 52 m², the house is as follows:

Day area on the ground floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (2 beds), TV, bluetooth speaker.
- Equipped kitchenette open to the living room: oven, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area with table for 4 people.
- Bathroom with shower, WC, hair dryer.

Upstairs sleeping area, accessible by stairs:
- Attic room with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and an umbrella bed.

Outside:
- Private terrace of 25 m² facing south, and furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two deckchairs. The terrace is not overlooked, thanks to the hedges.

Für 4 Personen ungeeignet, da noch nicht einmal ein Bett für sie vorhanden. Extrem steile,enge Treppe in den Schlafbereich unter dem Dach. Kaum mit Koffer zu bewältigen. Sehr kleines Fenster, daher sehr warm. Kein Licht am Bett, kein Licht an der Treppe. Sofa im Wohnzimmer völlig durchgesessen. Terrasse ungepflegt

Sejour au cocon cancalais

Très compliqué ce séjour, escalier hyper dangereux car beaucoup trop raide. Des matelas à même le sol considéré comme couchage je n'ai jamais vu ça. Côté cuisine une seule casserole et un fait tout et une petite passoire. Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas ,et j'ai déjà loué par votre intermédiaire.

L'appartement est au top tout est bien pensé mis à part l'éclairage Dans la piece principale il manque une petite lampe, il n'y a que les gros éclairage du plafond et pour une soiree cocooning trop de lumiere Ensuite pour monter l'escalier scabreux idem pas d'éclairage on éteint en bas on monte dans le noir et on allume en haut en sachant que l'escalier est extrêmement raide Dans la chambre aucune prise autour du lit et pas de lampe de chevet non plus On éteint et on va à tâtons dans le lit Mis à part çà endroit tres charmant on y retournera en esperant que les problèmes de prise et lumiere seront rétabli

la grandeur de l'appartement correspondait à ce que nous avions recherché, petit bémol la proximité de Cancale est bien réelle sauf que pour y accéder autrement qu'en voiture est pratiquement impossible (promenade à pied) et il faut être fou en période de vacances de la faire en vélo au vu du trafic routier. donc situation de l'appartement bien si vous vous dirigez vers d'autres lieux car très calme, reposant, cadre mignon.
