looks very outdated, also the servers around the pool, never approach you, they are more busy bringing food to people in the cabanas by the beach, forgeting the rest of the people at the pools. they make you feel unimportant if you are not a member of their time shire club.

The service here was impeccable. The people that work here remember your name, room number, and types of drinks you enjoy. We traveled with a 1 year old baby. They made sure we were all comfortable during our stay, visiting the pools/beaches, and when it was time to eat. The sargasso wasn’t too bad here, we were in Tulum for 4 days and felt like Cancún managed it better.

Amazing customer service. The food was great, the shows were really good. There is a lot of activities to do here that are family friendly. Including a kids club and water slide. The beach was beautiful and would highly recommend this resort.
