There were 2 cockroaches on the floor in the villa that connected 4 rooms. Also it is a non smoking area and one of the people in the room across from us were smoking. The smell was terrible. I complained at the front desk but nothing was ever done.

Despite having requested it in advance the day we arrived we were given a room in very bad condition and in a terrible location, fortunately the next day we were moved to a very good one, I understand that the location in hotels is a matter of luck but all rooms should be in equal conditions.

We had a great time during our stay at Beachscape Kin Ha in Cancun. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. We had a huge terrace overlooking the beach. The daily breakfast, which was included in our stay was very good, with lots of options. The only issue I have was with the menu at the lunch and evening restaurant. It is rather limited, so we mostly ate dinner outside the Resort. We would definitely stay there again!

Beachscape is our favorite place to stay in Cancun. this was our 8th visit there. It is a family oriented resort with basic amenities sitting on the best beach in the hotel zone. The rooms and grounds are spotless.

The property is in a good condition and clean. The beach accessibility and the beach itself is excellent. The room spacious and properly maintained but the fixtures and designs may need upgrading. The staff needs to be more engaged and friendly. Only a handful are really courteous and accommodating. The bell staff were helpful and Juan in the customer service/ check in counter was professional and helpful as well. The property was walkable to the gift shops, restaurants, activities, clubs, supermarket, and pharmacy. Overall, the property is very accessible, in a great location and an excellent beachfront property in an excellent beach. I would book again and would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Desde que llegas te ayudan con las maletas, el check in sin contratiempos, instalaciones limpias y bonitas, muy cuidado cada lugar del hotel, la alberca limpia y bonita con buen horario, la playa está hermosa y limpia, no había mucho ruido, hay camastros y palapas con luz, no son extremadamente estrictos con las reglas, te dan libertad, la atención de meseros muy cordial, en el desayuno hay un día con rica comida y al siguiente no tanto, pero en general está bien… cenamos un día en el restaurante y estuvo muy buena la comida, la ubicación es muy conveniente, queda cerca de casi todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
