Guest Access:

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive any time within the agreed window with no waiting. We do not keep staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need.



The Neighborhood:

You are in downtown Cancun, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, and local markets. Mercado 28 and Mercado 23 are nearby for handicrafts, clothing, food, and drinks.



For culture, visit Parque Las Palapas (festivals and concerts) and the striking Cristo Rey church. The area connects well to the rest of the city and to the Riviera Maya via the nearby Cancun bus terminal.



Getting Around:

Many restaurants, shops, and sights are within walking distance. Other options:



- Taxis: easy to find on any corner and affordable within downtown; fares rise for the Hotel Zone. Always agree the price before the trip.

- Bicycles: rentals are available and Cancun has an extensive bike-path network.

- Car rental: street parking is available outside the property; a car is handy for exploring the wider area.

- Buses: an economical, practical network connecting downtown with the Hotel Zone and beyond.

- Colectivos: shared vans along the main highway, an economical way to reach nearby towns and beaches.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will stay, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



This is a studio within a condominium with shared areas, so some noise (from other guests, animals, or traffic) is possible.



You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for the natural environment.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional fee.



For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21C.
