The staff was exceptional. Food was good. Clean. Negative things was the wavebreak that was in front of our beach front room that wasn't shown in the pictures. A little off the beaten path of hotel row. The prices of a taxi was outrageous.

The stay was great! We had some issue with the gift shop where they purposely over charged us. They would say things were more expensive than the price tag and ring up whatever amount. They would also refuse to provide an itemized receipt. We realized after paying that they overcharged us by $30. We went to the reception to complaint and they were able to get us a receipt and an item for the money they overcharge, supposedly they don’t do refunds. This was a couple of hours of back and forth on the last day. Left a sour taste as it was the last interactions we had before checking out.

The food was fabulous. So much entertainment that we did not need to get off the resort. Really wish we could have had a liquor bar in our room, but instead it was just two beers, I’m sure we could have asked for more? Room service was 24hr which was nice. The nightlife of the resort shuts down at 1am which was fine for us. We did go off resort which was a bit of a track, Doubt it would have taken us this long had we stayed in town, but we definitely did not regret it! There was 1 resort store for shopping, but never needed to go in. The staff was exceptional, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at the Breathless Riviera Resort, and I have to say, the property itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms were perfect, spacious, and well-appointed—truly top-notch in terms of comfort and style. However, my experience was marred by how guests are treated during their stay. While the resort has a beautiful atmosphere, the level of rules and regulations felt excessive. There seemed to be restrictions on nearly everything, from when and where you could get towels to the limited hours for pool bars, which don’t open until 10 AM. After 8 PM, the only thing available was the nightclub—meaning if you’re looking for something more relaxed, you’re out of luck. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of flexibility at dinner. We had a party of 12, and when a few people were just 15 minutes late for our reservation at the French restaurant, we were “punished” by having to be split up. Despite the fact that the restaurant was empty, they chose not to seat us together, even though it would have been an easy fix. It was a disappointing way to treat guests who were simply enjoying their vacation. Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the overly strict rules and lack of guest flexibility left me feeling more like a child being punished than an adult on vacation.

The staff are just looking out for tip money , if you don’t tip them they won’t come near you, we purchased the moet champagne package by the pool a total cost of 350 US dollars , and the guy wanted us to add a tip on top of the price ! Then he brought the bottles together and noon ! SMH not the best service, waiting time for dinner was over 30 minutes, and the food was not the best we had dinner at espumante Italian ! Worst food ever , and the wine and liquor they serve , seems low quality! Don’t stay there
