Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel offers 132 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and an iron/ironing board. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Each accommodation is individually decorated. LCD televisions come with cable channels. Guests can make use of the in-room coffee/tea makers and minibars. Bathrooms include a shower. Clean room and grounds. Service staff was hustling while front desk staff was not (didn’t seem to care much). In a safe area even though it’s at the end of the hotel zone. Great paved running path right in front of hotel. Food was varied and tasty. Drinks were non stop. Beach was small and there’s not really a place to actually swim…you wade and do more than anything. Nice hammocks both in and out of the water. Swim up bar was advertised as a jacuzzi but was not warm. Overall a great stay.

Friendly staff, I didnt use the amenities much but they were really nice. Everything was so clean and a very good vibe. An amazing trip and will definitely come back again! I left to explore the areas mostly but it was really nice to come back to the Amazing food and beverage options! I like how they rotate the food options and restaurants open. Its a super relaxing environment and most helpful staff ive ever experienced! There are plenty of places to go shopping around and many awesome views. The perfect location. The karaoke was fun to listen to a lot of talented people were singing and elevated the experience. I really enjoyed my stay!

Hotel was clean and facilities were okay, but the food was very average (and there was not much variety), the service was very average, the beach area was very small and the entertainment was, again, very average. Also we’re unsure if it was the food or ice cubes but we both had upset stomachs from about 24 hours after we arrived until when we left (nothing severe but enough to cause discomfort and inconvenience). It wasn’t horrific for a 3 day stay for us but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer, personally. For us, it felt like more of a 3 star than a 4 star resort.

I stayed at Cancún Bay Resort for five nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is small but has everything you need — comfortable, cozy, and clean. The atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The food was tasty with a good variety every day. Overall, a lovely little place in Cancún that I’d definitely recommend!

Front desk very friendly & helpful. Bartenders are the best! So friendly & personable. Very attentive!! Buffet staff not very friendly sometimes never even came to our table. Cleaning staff came everyday but sometimes did replace towels or toilet paper. Resort could definitely use some TLC!

Pools are next to restaurants and bars. The pool in the resort is more standard for swimming, the two shallow pools near the beach are for drink and play. Room is clean. Resort is on the north of the hotel zone and close to downtown (3km, 30-40 minutes walking distance). Buses stops are near by and is easy to go around zone and to the downtown. Money exchange is at southbound bus stop (cross the street) with reasonable rate (Hotel can also make exchange but the rate is only good for taking the bus - 1:16, $3 is good for two round trip bus fares. Downtown stores has better exchange rate, and airport is even better.). Food is so so if you are not stay in the hotel all the time. The restaurants are closed most of days in the week we were there except the buffet :-( Only Sushi is good at Japanese restaurant, then main course flavor is mixed Tai and Korean, not Japanese. The Italian restaurant only served with Pizza.
