Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. The kids’ water park was closed, the food was terrible, pool bathrooms were disgusting, rooms smelled awful from bad plumbing, and security was nonexistent (people coming from the beach to sell drugs and steal). The only good thing: the staff. Everything else was a total disaster. Long review in English with emojis ⭐ Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money. ❌ No coffee shop – something so basic, yet missing. ❌ Kids’ water park CLOSED – the only reason we booked this place. ❌ Food was awful – only 2–3 decent dishes, the rest terrible. Pizzas, burgers, cheese… all disgusting. ❌ Pool bathrooms = 🤢 always flooded, filthy, and gross. ❌ Rooms on the ground floor smell horrible due to bad plumbing. ❌ Security is nonexistent – people walk in from the beach to sell drugs, steal, and use the facilities for free. ✅ Only good thing: the staff, very kind and hardworking. Everything else A complete disaster. 👎

The ocean view is nuce. But the lack of information throughout the facility is not good. The place lacks staffing many bars only 1 or 2 staff members. The food was ok. Check in was a nightmare. Its not a place more staffing and better food selection would make it great. I feel sorry for the overworked staff.

I did honeymoon suite and everything was missing because I choose the option pay at property and the check in staff said we were not sure that’s why they didn’t set up nice or left any amenities in the room. But they said on your 2 day we will set up everything. But the next day also nothing changes, like this it went all 4 days pass by and yet nothing changed. When I requested the refund they said sorry we can’t offer the refund because we will lose the money we made and we can offer you best service next time. Which was so crazy hearing that. This was my first and last time staying with them. Will never recommend anyone. Elevators were out of services , bars were horrible, room services were crazy. The staff don’t ring the bell or knock the door before entering. Horrible… overall

I read the reviews about the food and I thought they were exaggerating. However the food was terrible. I had to eat out or order food. My kids and I did not enjoy the food at all. The pools close at 8 so we did not get to enjoy them much after coming back to the hotel from our excursions. I had no light in my room. Only the restroom light was working. The service and staff are very friendly and they are helpful. The activities for kids are good. My kids enjoyed the Disney show and the movies.
