Great place to stay. Had a great time at infinity pool and the private beach. Staff is great. They just need to work on room renovation. Building is old. Water was not properly drawing while taking shower. And the window was hard to open as the handle was quite loose and was about to fall out of my hand.

This is a good 2 star hotel

This hotel is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom door was falling apart in my room, everything needs a fresh coat of paint, the couch in my room looked so old/dirty I was afraid to sit on it. Overall, though, the place was clean. Rooms spacious. Location is good. Just misadvertisement in terms of this place being “4 stars” - it is not. It is 2 stars. Restaurant also wasn’t good. The one nice thing that worked for me was 12 PM checkout.

This property is beautiful and picturesque. We did not feel welcomed with children 7 and 9. The pool does not allow any pool toys and clearly discourages "fun". The vast majority of the patrons here were into quiet time, tiny bikinis, and selfies. We were so glad we only booked one night. Taxi faires in the hotel zone are outrageous, so we were forced to eat mediocre, overpriced food at the restaurant. A quick trip to the airport set us back 50US. Beautiful location, but not our scene!

Yes cheap hotel and picture looks enticing. But save your money and pay elsewhere. Our shower is clogged, our sink is clogged, overall in the bathroom smells soooo bad, doors in the bathroom is stained from moist and not even wiped!!!! walls are peeling, behind the bed is dirty, floor is sticky, and window is broken and can’t even slide to close, there is no lock in the glass window. The worst the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!!! Save your money and stay elsewhere!!!

Beautiful spotless infinity pool- Right on the ocean- very clean attractive rooms with balcony on ocean - excellent prompt room cleaning We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant. Everything was quality and delicious Would definitely stay here again.

Good value but could use some TLC

It had all the basics: comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, great view, and quiet. But the facilities were showing their age: broken door jambs, mold/mildew in the shower, rusty light fixtures, etc. For the price, it was good value and we would stay again.

We had leaks in our bathroom ceiling and they never did anything about it. We told the staff multiple times and nothing ever happened. Everything was average in this hotel. It is very old and it shows. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here

The hotel is average at best. It is old, and needs serious upgrading. At minimun the shower heads should be replaced. The beach and pool are wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant that is in the hotel is not very good and one time we even found bugs on the buns of the hamburgers.

We spent 3 nights at this property and the first thing we noticed was the broken sliding door. We had to lift the entire door to open. Then when it was time to sleep we got a horrible smell of pee from the sheets. We put towels over it but we took everything off the next morning for housekeeping to easily put new sheets and to our surprise they put back the same sheets that we set on the floor. There was also confetti in between our sheets. The floors were disgustingly dirty. For 2 nights in a row they slapped the same sheets back on so we had to go down and ask for some sheets to at least put over the mattress. It still reaked. Another incident we had with them was when we tried to go to our room and the front desk lady was trying to charge me because my husband was the one who checked in and not me but he was there. It was a whole mess. When we were checking out they said we were missing a hand towel (which was never given to us) but we checked our bags just in case and when they asked if housekeeping cleaned our room I told them what happened and that’s when he let us go without charging. The place definitely needs major remodeling. We had a horrible experience here and won’t ever return here. We also travel monthly so for this hotel to be a 0 is extreme.

Overall 3/10 and that’s only because of the pool area and scenery I booked this resort for a Valentines weekend trip, for 3 days and only stayed 1 night. Pro: pool area is what sold me and I’m sure it got most people, it’s beautiful. The staff is friendly Cons: the first room they gave us was still dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned yet and this was well after wr checked in. The second room we had was okay, the view really nice but the bathroom mirror and this black stuff all over it The TV didn’t work and there are no plugs, only usb plugs. If you have a iphone it’s no good. The restaurant was okay, lil overpriced. I checked out after one night and went somewhere else and they never officially checked me out after I returned the key and checked out so I was still charged the entire 3 days even though I left after day 1.

The property is steps from the breach, the food at the restaurant is excellent. The hotel itself needs deferred maintenance, paint job and updating. It would be fine but housekeeping does not keep rooms clean. Our room was very dirty, once they cleaned we were ok with it. It works out if your going to be doing activities and really just need a place to sleep. The staff is not very friendly specially if you complain about room being dirty. Shower worked fine, no problems with hot or cold water.
