Hotel location is perfect (we had a rental car) you have beach access, love the infinity pool. The sunrise view is amazing. We just had a problem when we arrived at midnight the a/c wasn't working, we let the guy at the reception know and they moved us to another room with better view. Breakfast was good for a decent price. Definitely we'll stay again next time we visit Cancun.

I didn’t like anything about this place. It’s was the worst place I’ve ever been to. I expected my stay/trip to have been so smooth and memorable one, but chosen to stay at this place just made it a nightmare. The staff(receptionist) wasn’t courteous not one bit, this hotel seems to just be about the MONEY and not the comfort and care of the guests. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to take a trip to Cancun.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to travel and explore Cancun, visit the parks and archaeological sites without giving up the all-inclusive experience. It has a restaurant with very affordable prices, and the beach area is perfectly maintained and spotless. The hotel isn’t luxurious, but everything is clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing. The pool is huge, also very well maintained and clean. This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking to rest and get ready for their city excursions, as they even offer an express breakfast for early tours. You won’t see a lot of staff around since it’s a small hotel, but the people are genuinely kind. An excellent experience overall and the airport is conveniently close!

Improve restaurant food quality and prices. Price was way too high for food portion and quality was not good. Since there are not many other restaurants nearby there should be better menu options. Toilets don’t flush well in the rooms. There is only one outlet close to the TV so charging devices was difficult. There are stains on the couch. I did not want to sit on it. Balcony door does not shut well and when it’s windy the door rattles and wakes you up at night. I only received two small bottles of water upon arrival and they were never refreshed when the room was cleaned. No option for coffee in the rooms and overpriced coffee in restaurant that was not good. Gym was very small and not useful. Room key card was not working properly. Constantly going to lobby to get it fixed was annoying. I would not stay here again. A few good things… Pool and beach were nice, quiet and kept clean. Bus stop close by but far from hotel zone about 15-20 min. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Smart tv in room was good for streaming and internet speed was good.

Ok, yo estuve en el hotel para descansar y por el precio todo estuvo perfecto. El hotel no es el mas nuevo de cancun, pero esta limpio, acogedor, gran alberca, mejor restaurant y esta a unos pasos de la playa, a diferencia de los grandes resorts que tienes que atravesar todo el complejo para llegar a la playa Como dije el hotel cumple las expectativas, pero como dije no es el mas nuevo de cancun, necesita varios trabajos de remodelacion so las fotos probablemente no vayan a tener el.mejor fondo,pero para mi eso fue de menor importancia El servicio del.personal es tan calido como lo es la.mayoria de la gente en cancun, servicial y amable El desayuno que incluye el cuarto no es buffet, y esta muy limitado, si van almorzar mas que fruta y cafe no lo agregen, La comida del resturant es muy rica, no hay gran variedad pero lo que tienen esta muy bien, aparte el hotel tiene dos restuarantes solo al cruzar la calle del hotel, km 19 esta muy bien solo que solo aceptan efectivo pero los desayuno estan muy completos. El otro restaurant es Navios y es genial!!!!! Delicioso y con un menu de primer mundo!!! Puede parecer mas caro, pero para la calidad que te ofrecen esta muy bien Tambien tienes un oxxo cruzando la calle, y es muuuy conveniente El spa del hotel lo use todos los dias que estuve ahi, muy recomendado

Arrived 30 before check in, we waited till 3:00 finally got in to our room, (it was the wrong room) requested to be moved then they said no. 15 minutes later they moved us to the 6th floor, room was okay, but I was most definitely NOT ABLE TO SLEEP since it’s right next to the road, next day asked if I can please be moved, the said no, so I then proceeded to call Expedia so that you guys can help me, the front receptionist called me and said “okay yes we can changed you rooms” I thanked her walked up to the “new room” only to leave it crying because the room was so disgusting dirty & hot. I went back downstairs upset & crying because I feel like they did that on purpose, the entire side was empty and they decided to give me the ugliest hottest room & didn’t even care to apologize or offer anything else! Most definitely not recommending this place ever!

I was given the wrong room upon arrival. I paid for a room with a king sized bed and was given two full sized beds instead. When I was told to come the next day, the staff had a terrible attitude with me and were extremely unfriendly. When I finally got to my room, it looked nothing like the pictures. The whole room was filthy and full of stains on all the furniture. The entire building is old and needs a lot of maintenance. The elevators were rusty and felt unsafe to be in. Overall I had a terrible experience at this establishment and will not be coming again.

Sink in the bathroom gets clogged easily, water drain is slow. Shower area does not have a door that closes, and the bathroom floor gets flooded with water and you have to keep putting towels on the floor after shower to keep the floor dry. Toilet also takes a while to flush, i also heard the other customers complaining about the same thing.
