My husband and I spent a week at this resort. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff was superb. They were friendly and waited on us hand and foot. A special shout out to Roberto, Edder, and Julian at the Preferred pool. They always had extra towels, a table, and drinks ready for us. The food in the buffet was good, however, the food in the warming pans was never hot, just lukewarm. We especially enjoyed eating at the French and Italian restaurant. While at the hotel, my husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital. The hotel doctor checked him out and the hotel transported us to the E.R. They also picked us back up the following day. The staff was very attentive and Paulina Oritz checked on my husband every day to make sure he was doing well. Although having a medical issue wasn't ideal, the hotel made us feel so comfortable and we are glad we didn't cut our vacation short.

I recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Dreams Jade, and from the moment I arrived it was clear I was in good hands. The resort delivered exactly what I needed, a relaxing, fun, and well-run getaway that balanced comfort with great entertainment and outstanding service. The restaurants were consistently impressive, the adult pool was my home base most days, and the nightly entertainment never disappointed. The fire show and Mayan show were absolute standouts, karaoke was a blast, and the DJ kept the energy high without ever feeling over the top. My room was cozy, clean, and a perfect retreat after long sunny days. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff. Their teamwork and warm hospitality created the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. A huge thank-you to th staff. Every one of them contributed to a stay that felt both personal and seamless. Dreams Jade consistently hit the mark on service, food, activities, and comfort. I left rested, well-fed, and already thinking about when I can return.

The beach was clean, the pool was enjoyable but there are not enough seating options around the pool. Staff was very good and helpful. Food options were very good too. The rooms need a bit of a lift. There should be more activities for kids age between 6 - 12 to keep them engaged.

Our recent stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa provided a truly relaxing and engaging vacation experience for our entire group. The resort successfully balances luxury amenities with fun, accessible activities, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with teenagers and adults alike. The accommodations immediately met our standards. Our room was spacious and consistently clean, providing a true sanctuary after a day in the sun. The resort's pools were a definite highlight of our daily routine. We appreciated that the main pool areas were not crowded, allowing for true relaxation and easy access to lounges. While the pool offered the excellent amenity of being heated, we did note that this seemed inconsistent throughout the stay; some days it was wonderfully warm, while others it felt cooler. Despite this small fluctuation, the pool environment remained a favorite spot. The restaurants were delicious, offering high-quality dining that surpassed typical all-inclusive expectations. Beyond dining, the entertainment and activities team did a commendable job of keeping everyone engaged. The schedule was varied enough to capture the attention of both adults and teenagers, which is often a challenge. A unique experience we highly recommend is the bike ride into town. This provided a fun, local excursion, lasting about 20 minutes each way. We had approximately 30 minutes in the town to browse local souvenir shops and visit a grocery store, offering a nice break f

We stayed in the preferred section with kids, the suite was perfect in size and the balcony was also a good size with a tub. The food was of a higher quality than most all inclusive resorts. Only issues I had was that for the first 2 days we faced a wall instead of ocean view, the resort did move us and we loved the new suite. There are lots of weddings in the weeks. And the groups just take over, the pools get extremely busy also places a wedding venue right outside our suite so was very loud, we were lucky our kids were old enough to not be bothered by the music or fireworks at the end but if we had a younger family if could have been worse. I am really torn on if I would return as the food and grounds are lovely, the service is great, the suites are a great size but the negatives were the size of the property when big groups come in, not enough shade but the pool and only one large family pool which gets busy especially in the weekend.
Our first suite not the best view but they did move us.
The view from the 2nd suite much better. Also the grass where the wedding was held.

We had to change rooms because our first room Which was a paid for ocean view, we could only see the main garden area. On top of that the room smelled of a combination of must, mold, and mildew. The second room was much better even though the AC did not appear fully functional. The room cleaning staff also did the bare minimum work they could have.
