This resort was not well maintained, understaffed and overpriced. Checking in was a nightmare. I actually left because there were so many people in the lobby. There was mold in the bathroom, they had plastic covering fences which just looked so tacky. I only had one thing to eat and definitely wouldn’t recommend their food. When I was checking out they tried billing me extra for food and drinks that should have been all inclusive and it was food I never ate.

Property and facilities are clean however some areas are dated and in need of refurbishment. There is building work going on which I was not aware of before booking. Asked for a high chair for a baby in the sports bar for the baby to eat, was told no. Had to go and get it myself from the restaurant. Very poor service. Food is generally acceptable. Service is hit and miss in the buffet restaurant. Had an amazing sea view from the room. For the price it was ok but I wouldn’t return.

The house keeper was truly stellar at his job. His dedication was beyond his daily duties. He kept our room clean, fresh, and organized on the daily basis. But that’s not where it ended, he went above and beyond to make our vacation experience incredibly enjoyable by offering to try and find passion fruit for my daughter (one of her favorite fruits). It so happened that they were not in season but his efforts were much appreciated.

We had roaches in the toilet area of our room. We have a picture of a roach on the dinner table as the FaSona restaurant. It took three days to get our room cleaned and the bedding changed when we got there. The elevator access to our floor was very limited and the hotel seemed in need of a lot of maintenance. We couldn't even get a pot of coffee delivered for room service. Room service was pretty much useless.

It was very nice with two exceptions. The first room we were assigned the door did not lock. The attendant saw it and reported it. However when we went into the room there were cockroaches and this was disgusting. I complained and they moved us to another room. However I had requested feather free room due to my wife’s allergies. They did not have feather free and never communicated this with us. They finally gave here couch cushions and a pillow case. Not really to comfortable. Other than this everything was fine

I liked they had service on beach alcohol drinks bottled water beers. There were plenty of umbrellas. They served lunch right on the beach. Things I didn’t like were no beer in room fridge.

Although is a nice property, i would not recomend it due to the amount of stairs you have to walk to go anywhere. The structure of the property was not plan well. They knly have 2 restaurants to choose from and its almos impossible to make a reservation. The serving lady at yhe pool was terrible. I asked her for a couple drinks and i could see her just talking to her friends. After 20 minutes I walked to the bar and she tried to say she had already order them. When i asked her what she order, she didnt remember.

It’s a good place to stay for a couple of days. The beach is beautiful. The pool area is nice. They couldn’t need some more chairs in the shade or more umbrellas. Food options were plenty and good. Overall it was a good experience.
