Hotel, nice as were the staff, room wiring not!!

Well the staff was excellent friendly and attentive to our every need. Room was clean plenty of towels, toiletries. But the mattress a bit uncomfortable and pillows were like air filled and as you laid a couple minutes the air depleted and pillows flattened. Not comfortable at all. And the room we stayed in rm#229 was controlled by one light switch so u either had to have all lights on or no lights on. Besides that many of the electrical plugs didn’t work nor did the cell phone jacks. I woke up for an early morning flight with a dead cell phone!! The room obviously needs electrical repairs.

There were 2 men who were very drunk, drinking in the hot tub, playing music on a speaker so it was very loud. I had had a long travel day and looked forward to a relaxing swim in the lovely pool. I asked if they could lower it, and they made it louder. I finally went to the staff. They talked to the men who lowered the sound for a minute and then turned it up. The staff weren't able to control the 2 men. I ended up leaving the pool as it was too noisy to relax. Other than that, the hotel was excellent. But I wish the staff had stood up to the men.
