Facility was nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Close to airport. They have shuttle every 20th and 50th (30 mins) interval starting from morning. I didnt use the shuttle but saw people lea ing. Also during weekdays in the morning the security n checkin doesnt take more than 30 to 40 mins. They dont ask to remove jackets n shoes.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the airport, and they offer a shuttle bus service twice every hour, 24/7. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, which was listed among the hotel’s amenities. Unfortunately, it was a letdown—not only were the water jets not working properly, but the water was also cold. Other guests at the pool area were equally disappointed. After 6:00 p.m., Cancun tends to get chilly, so having a functional hot tub would have been a great bonus. Sadly, it wasn’t available.

“I loved my stay — everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long for service. The food and breakfast were delicious! The only thing is that there isn’t much around the hotel. There’s a small plaza next door with a convenience store where you can grab some food, but if you want to go to a restaurant or explore more, you’ll need to take an Uber or taxi. That said, the hotel restaurant serves good food!”
