This villa has a crazy view from your room , let me start there. Me and my girl stay 5 days for my birthday. Best birthday ever everything was great. The staffs here are amazing , they will all help you out if you need to get somewhere or just need help for anything.

I enjoyed the location of the property itself because it is walking distance to the main attractions mall, luxury mall, main beach, forum Coco, bongo and nightclubs that there is on the Cancun strip. Everything is walkable or you could take the bus that is 12 pesos. I love the fact that the property was not Ormus where you have 100s upon thousands of guest and you can’t actually enjoy it. It’s a medium sized hotel with plenty of rooms and space I went on a season where it was still quiet enough to enjoy. I love the proportion of sand from beach to water to hotel I am not a sand person so it was perfect for me , you have quick access to the beach from your hotel room. The restaurant food is delicious. The chef has a great sense of cooking. I went to relax and enjoy some sun and that’s exactly what I received.

We had booked a package, but upon check-in, they unexpectedly charged us. Later one night, my friends and I were dancing around the hotel when an employee rudely approached us, demanding to see our room key. Although we showed him the key, he insisted that each of us present our own. This upset my friends, but after I provided our room number, he finally backed off. It was a bad experience overall.

Unmatched service and food

Rooms are a bit dated, sea access within the property's beach not the easiest (stairs) but nearby beach was great. Staff and food made up for the above points. We had a great time! Would be happy to stay here again.

I picked this place based on previous reviews and I wasn't disappointed. It is directly on a beautiful stretch of sand and water amongst many other resorts. Fiesta is older and much smaller than some surrounding places but this is why, in my opinion it gets the reviews it does. It has everything you need for a pleasant and quiet stay for a very good price. It is not a party hotel and I hope it stays that way! The WiFi works well in the room and down under the palapas on the beach. The location is great, 5 minute walk to Chedrai grocery store and restaurants, 10 min walk to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The room I had was very spacious with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A balcony overlooking the ocean was a lovely place to sit for coffee or in the evening. Facilites are a tiny bit dated but everything worked (hot shower, A/c, WiFi) so I have no complaints!

What we liked: -walkable to local restaurants, grocery store, isla mujeres ferry terminal -pool area -room amenities: microwave, robes, complimentary water bottle What we didn’t like -concierge asking to join a morning presentation after check-in (when we just want to go to our room after a long day of travel) -waited for our luggage to be brought up, after couple of hours it didnt arrive. I had to go down to get it myself. - we were assigned in a room with adjacent room. All noise and conversation from the other room can be heard clearly. It wakes us up as soon as the guests in the other room are awake. Good thing we only stayed for 2 nights.
