I have stayed here in the pass we came back and now it’s the worst hotel and sooo expensive staff was sooo rude because I said I am not taking a tour for a timeshare so they treated us rude our room smelled so bad like hair dye and ac didn’t work we complained like 5 times then my son woke up with so many ants on him it was so nasty then not to mention the only restaurant they have we where scared to ask for a omelette because the worker was so rude this resort was so disappointing pool was cold jacuzzi wasn’t even warm never again will we stay here not for what we paid to old and run down.

This hotel is a good choice if you want a resort feeling without the all inclusive fees. It could be renovated and provide more options for guest outside pool and beach, but is in a good location, close to a supermarket with good food option, and the staff is friendly

Really loved our stay here. We needed a room with a kitchen so this was the best option for us. Resort has a private beach, 2 pools, everything required for a great family vacation. Staff was great. My only complaint was for one attendant who tried to sell us some in-house Cabana package. He lied about Isla mujeres ferry getting cancelled on the next day. Luckily, we didn't listen to him. Apart from that, everything was great. Special mention to the housekeeping staff we attended to our multiple requests. I'd definitely recommend this resort.

Convenient location to a large supermarket for all you needs. Staff is very nice and attentive. The area is the older part of Cancun, so not exactly the prettiest one, but still had a great time inside the hotel

Our stay was good. We had an easy check-in process w/ Emilano; gave us a room w/ a great view. Exceptional service w/ our server Karen. Celebrating a Birthday, she went above and beyond to make our dining experience at La Bodega great one! She also brought us our room service. There were minor cosmetic bathroom/sink upgrades that could be done & looks like they are being worked on. But who stays in the bathroom when you're in Cancun!! Grocery, Rx, shops and dinning options are within walking distance. Thank you to all!!

Aside from the entire first experience of such an amazing beautiful place to vacation with a lovely beach front view. The room we got was perfect for my sister and I in front of the pool at which we thoroughly enjoyed so much!!! The food was prepared deliciously and every meal fully satisfied us!! Primarily the staff was beyond attentive and so thoughtful and friendly. Not all but the ones in mention truly stood out and left a long lasting impression leaving us the desire to return and recommend To our family and friends. Alejandra in planning our excursions Carla was informative But the dining and service who made it amazing Javier Antonio Graciela Cristian Francisco Jesus And the DJ Hector These individuals were beyond courteous and really love what they do for all your customers!!!
