Great stay!

Great stay with amazing service! It seemed like no matter where we went the service was always quick and the staff were working hard. We went to the buffet for breakfast and lunch. The French toast, hashbrowns and juice bar were great. I wish they had hand sanitizer stations and more Mexican food for breakfast/lunch. We ate at the Italian restaurant and ate the ravioli which was incredible!! They have water fountains all over the property which was convenient instead of wasting bottled water. The beach and pool areas were fantastic. The only drawback was having to wake up early to grab chairs because they were all taken by 11am. Really enjoyed the churro, crepe, and mini donut place. Also loved the shrimp tacos at the place along the ocean. I wish there would have been a Mexican food stand (grab and go) by the pool. We did the American grab and go stand by the pool and that was delicious. Fantastic drinks and fantastic pool service! The pools were a perfect temperature and there was always entertainment happening.

I have been to Fiesta Americana Condesa a few times. It was my first vacation in 1995 and this year I went to celebrate my 50th birthday. The staff made it extra special by singing and wishing me a happy birthday. It was a party of 18. I had so much fun I came back home with no voice. Hahaha.

The property was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The standout staff that i want to acknowledge who went SO far above are: Carla Rodriguez and David Miranda from the concierge service; Rodrigo at the bar areas, and Osvaldo who served us while at the cabanas. They made the stay a 5 and are unbelievably friendly and accomodating. I will DEFINITELY be back again and again.

Solid Stay in Cancun

This hotel was a good bang for your buck. I was happy that the mattresses were good, surprised they did not have bed bug covers on them but that's another story. Food was typical all inclusive- not good but edible. Liquor was definitely not name brand and/or watered down. Pool was spacious and there were a lot of seats. Pool was also not ice cold which was nice. I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel was comfortable. This is not a 5 star property and you can't expect such. That said it was a pleasant stay and good for families. I had a nice time. Was not luxury, rooms are dated but clean and comfortable.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here in mid February. We had reserved a room with a King bed featuring the private plunge pool. Upon checking in we were told that there were no king beds available and we were given the same room with 2 full beds. To compensate for this, they provided us with a bottle of 1800 Tequila. The room was great otherwise. Enjoyed having the plunge pool and outdoor lounge area, particularly because the pool and beach were very crowded. Speaking of crowds, we had to set an alarm and get up at 6:30am every morning to reserve chairs on the beach or near the pool. This did not really bother us because we were there to relax and went to bed early every night. I enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning on the beach and the beach/water could not have been better. Very clean beach and turquoise water. The beach service was great. Same waiter every day that came down on the beach to take drink and food orders. The burgers, pizza, and nachos were great for lunch. For breakfast the buffets were good. I enjoyed eating breakfast in the open air restaurant by the beach which becomes the Thai restaurant at night. But both buffets offer the same breakfast foods. The Italian restaurant was SO GOOD! Best meal we had there. The steak restaurant was not worth waiting in line for, unless maybe you paid for premium stakes for an upcharge. Tables are first come first serve, do not take reservations and open at 5:30pm. Expect to wait unless you are there early.
