Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The food was really good, lots of options in the buffet, my favorite place for lunch or a snack was the Cevicheria. We tried the new Brazilian place (that replaced the Thai place) and it was great! Unfortunately the Argentinian steak house and the nice Mexican place were closed for remodeling but we were there during the off season so that's the best time to remodel. I appreciate that they are continuing to make improvements to the property so while it was a slight inconvenience, they will be great when they're done. The spa was also closed for remodeling but we were still able to book very enjoyable beach front massages! Every single staff member was outstanding! Super friendly and very helpful, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time! Oswaldo by the pool never let our drinks get empty and Claudio in the buffet had my mimosa on the table as soon as he saw me coming! Wendy and the rest of the entertainment staff were so much fun and we participated in a few activities with them including a guacamole class and a very enthusiastic game of "Name That Tune" in the pool! The staff in the bar were also great, very helpful and friendly as was the front desk & concierge. Literally every single employee you pass greets you with a cheerful "Hola!" I have stayed here once before and brought a different friend this time and she loved it! We can't wait to return!!

Pros: Staff was extremely nice, everything was clean and various food options. Cons: Stayed with two 2 year olds, kids club closed early most days and left to figure out entertainment which was the escalator since we had been out in the pool all day. Plastic should be an option for children as well when dining. A lot of the drinks were very sweet and had to be watered down. Photos: purchased 2 pictures and was told I’d receive them within 15 min, I left the next day and mentioned I hadn’t received them and they hadn’t sent anything. Left and had to email them for the pictures I paid for, received a link to re purchase pictures. it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received them.

Pool was amazing. Not everything is included. Most restaurant have extra charged menus and it makes feel servers' attitude different depending on whether you order free food or paid one. The hotel should call themseleve partiall includive. There are some employees who try to sell you things, which ends up wasting your enjoyable time there.
