The biggest issue was you had no Internet in the room so the tv would not work and if you tried to use your phone it would not have signal in the room you had to go to the front lobby other than that location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff was wonderful; everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed the dining experience. Our ocean view was beautiful, offering a clear and relaxing sight of the beach that made our stay even more enjoyable. One enhancement that would have made the experience even better would be offering poolside service, which was not available during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant visit and appreciated the hospitality.
