As VIP Access , I prefer there's more service will come with the stay, like Spa, Yoga, and Gym. but these all extra charge. so we didn't actually join any of these . but everything else are fine, service are excellence, food service personal think there's not enough of choice or maybe will need to improve.

The food at the à la carte restaurants was quite good, but the buffet could be improved, as the food was often served cold. It would be beneficial to add more warmers to keep the dishes at a proper temperature.

Make sure to get the infinite room!! This room comes with several perks!! The customer service is A one!! You have to try the French restaurant!!! Very Nice experience!! Le Basilic. It's a AAA Five Diamond award-winning restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and sophisticated ambiance. Yes the property is old, but it has so much to offer. If you’re looking for the turn up this is not the resort for you.

The resort and rooms were beautiful. The food was good but the lines to get a table at the buffet was so long everytime, and then once inside the line for omelet's was also very long! The coffee shop was nice but slow and the barista was never sure if they had espresso or not and needed improvement. The evening shows were not in a consistent place so we never could figure out what was happening in the evenings, we fortunately saw activity and went to see a few but was difficult to find. We had photos done and the photography place was easy to work with. My family has been to alot of resorts in Mexico and while this place was nice we would likely not return to this one.
