To start, the transportation and booking process can be very complicated. We left the airport and arrived at the wrong location. Luckily we met up with the same driver that dropped us off and he took us the proper location of Grand Oasis Palm free of charge. We checked in which took about 10-20 min as expected. Once we got into our room the first thing we noticed was how run down the room was. Had mold on the ceiling, a light falling out, the bed and couch have a cheap feel to them. It depends on expectations but for me when paying for an all inclusive I expect a room where I can relax and feel comfortable. The cheap feeling of the room gave me the opposite and just led me to feel like I didn’t want to spend too much time in there. Lastly on the room, the shower was a mess every time you would turn it on. There is a piece of glass acting as a curtain, but every time the shower was turned on it would cover the entire floor of the bathroom as well as splashing on the toilet. I asked the front desk and they told me all of the room had that same bathroom design which is an inconvenient design choice. The shower just came off dirty to me, and didn’t seem like it was taken care of. Staff were the biggest bright spot, from the front desk to the bar tenders they all had a professional and friendly attitude which was very pleasant. The buffets were rough though and complicated as the we weren’t told where to eat. Restaurants were pretty good actually. I believe the Mona was best.

I didn’t like that they offer all inclusive but still had to pay for buffet. They offered kayaking on property but wouldn’t let us check it out, they said the kayaks are for the kayak racing they do daily. Basketball court has recently been demolished and still on website.

The beach beds were all taken. You have to get up early. There isn't enough for everyone. Food was horrible for a vegan person. It is not 5-star dining. The free coffee/tea and alcohol were terrible. They are not really high-quality of brands. Really horrible tastes! The floors and steps are NOT ADA-friendly, especially for visually impaired people! The store didnt have enough drinks to sell. I dont drink strange drinks and soda. It was hard for me to get enough fluids in me. There were no hot tub since I hate the cold water. Beautiful view for beach and palm but no hot or warm water for people like me. Love the sun but it was so windy during my stay. I liked the hot shower, wonderful bed sheet materials. Overall it is 1.5 out of 5 my opinion. It is not really 5 stars as this place says!

Nice place to stay for along wreekend. Food was good though we were not aware of the requirement to use the app to reserve the first night. Lots of pool options though the kids area could use some maintenance. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

I would recommend focusing on improving the property by investing in painting, repairing broken items, and enhancing its overall appearance. Additionally, the quality of the food needs improvement, as I experienced a stomachache.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The poolside area was poorly maintained and had an unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were outdated and also emitted a bad odor. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided subpar service, and some of the restaurants themselves felt old and unclean.
