We had a great stay at Haven! The entertainment crew, Mar, Heber & Angel were so much fun and did an amazing job with pool and nightlife activities like a foam party, volleyball, karaoke, etc. Moises provided us with incredible drink service on the beach and Ernesto and Alma took good care of us at the pool. Juan set our large group up with dinner reservations each night. The service at the resort was great, food was delicious, room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. We’d definitely go back!

It’s NOT 5 star - the plugs are sparse, not up to date, the furnishings are tired, and service is okay. Our “butler” really didn’t do much despite needing some items. And then they skimp on odd items - only one tissue box. The lights in the entire suite turned on by themselves at 620 once - we thought someone had broken in! We stayed in a nice level room. I have been to many an all inclusive - not the best but not the worst. Beach wasn’t take care of and smelled of rotting seaweed most days.

First and foremost, the food is incredible! The staff are so welcoming and hospitable, their attention to detail is well noted. The grounds are well kept. Lots of activities. My 2nd time here and it'd be hard to choose a different resort to stay at when I'm in Cancun.

We just got back from the most wonderful stay at Haven, and I truly can’t say enough good things. I’ll try my best! First of all—the food. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive, and I’ve been to many. Every meal was delicious. I was there with nine friends from college, and it happened to be my birthday week. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of—like VIPs the entire time. We fully embraced all the activities: water aerobics, the foam party, ice bath, volleyball, crazy games, karaoke… we did it all and loved every second. Huge shout-outs to the amazing staff who made our trip unforgettable. Juan at the concierge worked absolute magic, securing dinner reservations for our large group every night so we could all sit together and enjoy each restaurant—and even decorating the table for my birthday. Juan, you are amazing! Degner created the coolest sand art and birthday decorations—such a special touch. And to the entertainment dream team—Mar, Heber, and Angel—we are obsessed with you. You made our week so fun, joyful, and memorable. Moises, our beach bartender—we miss you already! And our favorite pool bartenders, Alma and Ernesto—thank you for keeping the drinks (and the good vibes) flowing. Thank you all for making the precious time we get to spend together so incredibly special. We hope to see you again very soon!

Beautiful resort, friendly and helpful staff, very attentive with room cleaning, stocking of minibar, and getting you whatever you need. Very clean and comfortable room. Swim out suite was spectacular! Extra touches made us feel special: complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival were a surprise! Food was great. Very relaxing stay. Would have liked more night time entertainment - too much karaoke and DJ stuff- we were looking for more talent and shows that we've seen in other resorts. The magic show and acrobats show were good -but the other nights we were there, there wasn't much going on besides karaoke. Also, the main pool only had a DJ that played house music - we would have preferred more songs that are recognizable. A mix or variety is always good. Other than some entertainment issues - we LOVED our stay!

The rooms were very spacious and so our group had beautiful views. The beach was clean and plenty of seating. The pools were fun and there were options for a crazy day it a quiet one.

Very nice property. Nicely spread out. Spa was very nice. Service was mostly excellent in all areas. Restaurants were very good. Lunch ala cart options are limited unless you are serenity level. I would stay here again.

Everyone was extra friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed at all times. The resort is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. They had a good amount of activities to the day, and the food was also very great. The only issue I had but never mentioned to them because I kept forgetting was the room that we had had really thin walls and we could hear anything from nextdoor to outside very clearly. I could hear when someone was moving a chair from another room or outside, when the shower was on nextdoor, when anyone was talking. For days that we tried to sleep in, that was really bothersome. But overall, I really enjoy the stay and would return.
