From the moment you step out the vehicle to enter the resort, it is AMAZING service all around. The staff is the best, the food is delicious, the drinks are good and everywhere. Everything is clean and the views are incredible from every corner. It’s a relaxing home away from home and couldn’t ask for anything better. Sandra in the buffet was also by far our favorite member of staff and such a lovely person. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent and enjoy your stay!

The resort was great. However, the ocean was full of seaweed. If you are looking to swim in the ocean, don't come here. Everything else was good. The butler service was over rated. Only met with him once during checkin. The pool waiters were phenomenal.

We had a wonderful time at Haven! The resort is beautiful & the staff were amazing! Special thanks to Gaby our personal butler for the week & Anahi at our breakfasts at Tahini. They were both very sweet & helped make our stay special! Worth upgrading to serenity club in our opinion & a must is the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa. Upgrade to an hour! Food was good but we especially enjoyed the tacos at Vistas! Shame about the seaweed on the beach but that does not reflect poorly on the resort at all as it is out of their control. Overall Haven is a great resort & we would return!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was good but not very hot sometimes. Chef Alex was amazing at the Habachi grill and his food was the best at the resort. Pools were very nice and well maintained. Bartenders were great especially Enrique. Overall a very nice relaxing stay.
