We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, and while there were some highlights, there were also a few disappointments. First, I had informed the hotel in advance about the occasion and followed up during check-in, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or special gesture to mark the celebration. It was disappointing, especially since I noticed other guests receiving congratulations. We spent a week there, from Sunday to Saturday, and found the evening entertainment to be quite lacking, which made the stay feel a bit dull at times. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and modern. Our room was stunning, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. The pool area was gorgeous, and the infrastructure was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5 overall. However, the Mediterranean restaurant stood out as exceptional; both the food and the service were amazing. In summary, while the hotel has many strengths, there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in guest recognition and entertainment options.

Ibstay in this property and it was the worst mistake ever. The contructions is nice but a bit old but that was not the major issue. I arrived after 4 PM from international fligh and the first thing the front desk told me to eat in any of the restaurant i have to make reservation before 4PM, becUse i arrive after 4 i have to go to the restaurant to see if they can make the favor to accommodate me. Something extremely ridiculous. They should help you to get the spot in the restaurant where you want to eat the fisrt day if you arrive after 4PM The first day the AC was super cold and i couldn't adjust it in the thermostat it was already pre-set up. I contacted the frontdesk and they sent someone to fix it. Worst mistake i was with no AC for 2 daysi called the manager and he said it was working perfectly. LIE the temperature inside the room was 87 for 2 days until finally they decided to change the room. Food it is not so great. The buffet doesn't have many variety. I visit xcaret and the buffet there was way better than the one in the hotel. Dont book this hotel it is a garbage. It doesn't worth the money you pay.

This is the best all-inclusive I have ever been to! We upgraded to the Serenity Club and it was definitely worth it. You get a butler that can make reservations at the restaurants for you, appointments at the spa, etc. You also get top shelf liquor, an exclusive pool, and an exclusive breakfast and dinner restaurant. But even if we didn’t upgrade, this place was incredible! We loved our ocean view room with the swim up infinity pool, and our bed was super comfortable. The grounds were immaculate, I always saw staff keeping up with cleaning. It was modern and there were plenty of pool chairs and beach huts. The restaurants had great food, we never had to wait long at a bar to get a drink (including the swim up bars) and the entertainment was fantastic! They always had something going on, so you could stay as busy as you want, or chill out as much as you want. It was top notch service all the way around! Shout out to our butler Adrián, and the staff including Janet whom we took a guacamole class with, and Christina whom we played bocce ball with, and Shark Boy who was the MC for a lot of the activities…I don’t think he ever sleeps! Everyone from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were friendly, accommodating and always greeted you with a smile. I can’t wait to go back!

The activities at the pool from the pool party to the water aerobics to the games. Christina, one of the activity was awesome. Sinuhu from the concierge was also awesome. Very friendly lot of information about the activities that we’re going on at night. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to stay.
