I got bed bug bites from the bed. Our room key was not working the entire trip and they told us their key card activator machine was not working so anytime we left the room we had to wait in line in the lobby then ask for us to be let into our room. Staff was friendly and restaurant food was great but the bed bug bites and room key were so inconvenient!

Right across from central bus station. Pleasant staff. Pool fairly clean and beautiful. Room just ok but there was a musty smell. Bathroom lacked privacy and the toilet leaked so the floor was wet.

Very close to the bus terminal, so the location was very convenient. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Decent breakfast. Our rooms had a lot of black stains in the corners. Also, the bathrooms are only separated from the rooms by a sliding glass door, so there is not a lot of privacy from your travel companions.

The room was clean. It was nice to get a room on the main floor for a change (no elevators). Staff were very nice as usual. Beautiful grounds around the pool. Comfortable beds, good food. The big thing is it's right across the street from the ADO bus station. Off to Merida we went!

Well… for our purposes, the hotels proximity was perfect for catching a bus to Merida. Check-in was easy. Granted, we chose the basic room that you get booking 3rd party. Not anything like the rooms in the photos. Nonetheless, the assigned room was quiet enough and super basic. And despite the visual impression, the beds were very comfy. For the price, an acceptable choice. The breakfast options were different ethnic versions of the same thing BUT, we ordered different things and both were delicious. Service was friendly and pleasant. If you’r looking for 5-star for one night, stay in the hotel zone. If you need a reliable place to hang your hat, for a stopover, we recommend. As a side-note, if you are booking a bus, buy your tickets the night before to avoid the lines. AND make sure your door key and lock work the night before. No one’s fault, but we got locked out of our room when we went to check out and could have missed our bus. Staff stepped up and got us in. Thanks to them for that.

The photos listed were not recent. The hotel was much older and startimg to show its age. The room didn't have a fridge, coffe maker, or microwave. The neighbourhood was very busy with a major bus stop across the street. The staff was friendly, but limited english
