Decent for the price of beach view non-inclusive

We stayed for 9 nights NON-INCLUSIVE. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, room/bed was comfortable. There was construction going on outside, which happened to be right outside our room. No mention of that on the website. That was a bit disappointing. the wifi was spotty and not the best but also not the worst. The beach/pool chairs are super uncomfortable. They do not sit up completely straight nor do they lay down completely flat. I found them uncomfortable. Because we were not ALL INCLUSIVE, we weren't given a bottle of water every day. We've stayed at other resorts non inclusive and bottled water was given once a day. For the price of the hotel, you would think they could spend $3 on a bottle of water each day. The hotel is located right on the "party zone" of cancun. Most nights it was quiet by 11pm, but on Thursday night the local night club music was blasting until 3am. But only on Thursday night. Housekeeping had inconsistencies with towels. Some days we would get two clean towels, but no face towel. One day we got one towel. No bathmat or towel to put on the floor every day and the floor was slippery when wet. Very inconsistent with what we were given for some reason. For the price I would stay here again as the beach view is fantastic, but I wouldn't rate it as a 5-star hotel.

Clean but expensive, needs a renovation.

Clean hotel with a great location, but rather overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Worn around the edges, old, soft saggy mattresses, scuffs and dents everywhere. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. In need of a renovation. You are paying for the location, not the condition of the room.

Music from down the street is loud sometimes. Bartenders in main lobby are not very friendly. The wait staff by the pool and by the beach are amazing. Shout out to Dulce and Juan for making us feel so welcome!

Good location, very nice beach. Older hotel, they skimp on everything, very obvious. Limited food options, food was ok but repetitive. There is a delivery charge for room service with all inclusive, first time I encountered something like this. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay, but for what we paid, will go somewhere else next time.

The room was run down and in need of significant maintenance. The television did not work our entire stay, despite maintenance trying to fix it. The weather was bad and we were stuck inside for a few days. Television with movies would have been great. The food was just ok. Nothing great. Comparable to cafeteria food. During our stay, a two year old boy went missing from the pool area. The staff had clearly had no training I. How to handle such an incident and chaos ensued. At best, this is a 3 star hotel charging 5 star prices.

So I had issues right from the start we came in checked in then I see no balcony & this was one key item I paid extra for went to counter & the girl was what really didnyouncheck? Come on we all know what a balcony is so waited 2 hours for this so now 715pm super tired gave us room looked it had a peek of the ocean with all the palms trees then in the morning maintenance boarded up that section all the time we are there like if an event was going to happen nothing did also there is another charge they charge extra ambiente fees 15.00 us dollars so I was upset

The beach is super gorgeous and the resort is within the walking distance of good spots for dining, shopping, night life, etc. The staff is super friendly as well. The issue is the room is out dated and needs to be upgraded soon.

The property was amazing, however there is an issue with the AC in Tower D. Food was great, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is very good as well.
