The hotel is not in any way a 4-star hotel. The rooms are old and tired with multiple issues and faults. In our the balcony door wasn't even closing. We were offered a move to another room, which had exactly the same faults. After taking this with the management we were moved to a "better" room, which is essentially a typical 4-star room,The hotel has got only 25 rooms of that standard. The breakfast was average to sub-par. The only good things was the beach club access to its siter hotel and the kow cost for self-aprking
