This elegant condo features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The master has a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers two double beds and the third bedroom includes two double beds—perfect for families or groups of up to 8-10 guests.



– Bathrooms:

Enjoy 3 full en-suite bathrooms plus an additional half bathroom for guests, conveniently located near the living areas.



– Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooking, and the dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, ideal for shared meals and gatherings. Also, there's an outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests on the terrace.



– Laundry Access:

Available even on short stays. A great way to refresh your luggage on long trips.



– Living Area:

Relax in the air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Cancún.

– NOTE:

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, parties and loud music are not permitted.



Guest Access:

We’d like to remind you that you will have full access to your apartment and all the amenities the building has to offer.



Our check-in service is in person, so it is very important to coordinate with you in advance. Any check-in or late check-out outside the established hours incurs an additional fee, as it involves logistics and staff assigned exclusively to provide you with the best reception upon your arrival.



Our check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please share your estimated arrival time and keep in mind that arrivals after the confirmed time incur a fee of $28 USD per hour. Likewise, arrivals after the check-in window (10:00 PM) have a fee of $45 USD per hour.

Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
