- This is a calm, family-friendly retreat; parties and loud music are not allowed.

- Food, cable TV service and daily housekeeping are not included (housekeeping available for an extra cost).

- A baby crib can be added free of charge on request.

- Stays of 7+ nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess is billed at a small per-kWh rate. With normal, responsible use this is rarely exceeded.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a digital lock. We send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established check-in hours) with no waiting. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are reachable by message at any time during your stay for anything you need.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is set in a secure gated community with 24-hour security, surrounded by gardens and jungle. It is conveniently located near the airport and the highway to the Riviera Maya, giving you easy access to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Bacalar.



Cancun pairs powdery white-sand beaches and the turquoise Caribbean with nature adventures and rich culture, so every day can blend relaxation and exploration.

Getting Around:

A rental car is strongly recommended for this stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential, gated area, so a car lets you explore Cancun, the beaches and the Riviera Maya at your own pace. Car rental agencies are available at the airport and around the city. Taxis and ride apps also operate in the area. Always carry your driver's license and use GPS.



Other Things to Note:

Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.



Nature: as we are surrounded by jungle, you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for this natural environment.



Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional cost.



Air conditioning: for proper operation, please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.



Shower tip: the water heater is gas-powered, so check and regulate the temperature when you start the shower so the water is not too hot.
