Perfect place for elderly people!! Nothing to do, no shows, not a little bit of music at the pool. Servers always with an unhappy face( maybe couple were good like Edwin), looks like they’re doing a favor. Wouldn’t come back at all. Food it’s always the same, no buffet unless at the breakfast, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

There was much disappointment with this premier facility and the hotel management. On check in we got the proverbial, the room you purchased is not available, but we have another one for you to stay in. It was so horrible we asked for our money back and was going to get Expedia involved. They then said we have a room ( 3 floors up) with no elevator which just happened to be exactly like the one we booked. What they forgot to tell us was, it was in a construction zone for the new elevators, so for 7 of the 9 days we stayed there all we heard was hammer drills and concrete chipping guns. They ruined our special occasion vacation, except for the beach front that was amazing and the staff at the beach front were customer focused and treat to deal with.
