Was great. Except for the beach dudes on the tractor. After the beach was clean. They kept going back and forth all day. Must of been bored Diesel smell and noise..lol .

Love love loveeeeedddd our stay here. It was my partner’s first time in Mexico and he absolutely loved the all-inclusive resort style. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Shoutout to the bartenders at the pool bar by the way.

Good choice for the money. I wish we had better day and evening entertainment . We didn’t like the company who did the transportation from and to the airport. We had to pay for the taxi on our way back to the airport because they were offering 4 hours earlier pick up. It was very difficult to contact them from the beginning when the hotel sent their email and telephone. I think everything should be organized quickly and well by the hotel or company with which they work.

I have been to many resorts in Cancun and all high end. This resort was absolutely excellent in all phases. Staff, Restaurants, pools and entertainment. We upgraded to the elite club with ocean front room and it was completely worth it. Thank you Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan.
