This is billed as an Adults Only facility. And yes, there were no kids. However, there are "Adults", and there are "Adults." This facility was largely 20- and 30- somethings, which impacts the level of noise around the grounds, the types of music that is played, and the overall vibe. Being in my 60's, I will focus for our next vacation a 50's and over facility, now that I've researched that such resorts exist (though I do not believe Riu has any). The hotel needs to ask the city to place a crosswalk outside the hotel. To go to a cross walk in order to cross safely is a quarter mile walk in either direction. So many people (myself included) decide to take their chances crossing four lanes of traffic where there is nothing like a crosswalk or traffic signal to slow the traffic down. Though I survived the crossing, I highly regret that I put myself into that position after crossing the first two lanes. All this to buy some decent wine at a liquor store directly across from the hotel, because the hotel does not make it easy to buy a bottle of wine to take to your room. Easy to get a glass of wine anytime, but not easy to enjoy a bottle in the room. If you are in your 20's or 30's, like constant music and noise, then this is your place. If you want a lower paced resort, then I suggest you look for a 50's+ resort. We were traveling with four others. I thought the food at all the restaurants was good, but there wasn't any meal that someone from the group did not have a bad meal.

All people on the facility were really nice. A lot of the upper Managment would yell at the works which made it very unpleasant. The workers are already moving fast so there was no need . It’s like if they were understaffed but were trying to compensate by pressuring the current staff

Hello, my overall stay at this property was good. However, their front desk staff needs to improve in their customer service. Especially the front desk. I was charged WIFI when it complimentary. My airport transfer wasn't honored. I had to get a cab to avoid being late for my flight. Which was also an extra charge. This was done even though I was in the lobby 5-10 earlier than the specified time for my free transfer. No alternative was offered as an option. My airport trasport was already prepaid. The front desk staff on my departure was horrible. Everything else was a good experience.
