The buffet was really good. Internet access was good. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Most of the bathrooms throughout the property were not clean. A lot of the property is outdated. The beach was mostly good. I would not stay here again. I would like to try elsewhere

Absolutely Loved It! Will Be Back for Sure! 🎉 From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and top-notch service! The staff were beyond amazing – super friendly, helpful, and full of positive vibes. The animation team kept the energy up all day with fun activities and great shows – our whole family had a blast! Yes, the building is a bit on the older side, and the beds in the room were a little small for a family – but honestly, those were just tiny details in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall? As we arrived to the property we were greeted by the hotel personnel. Right after we walked in to check in, there was a server offering drinks. We found that perfect, as there was a line at check in. Once it was our turn to check in we were told that they were oversold on rooms. That they didn’t have any rooms available until the next day. They offered us to go to a different hotel and extra compensation with that but it was very disappointing. I declined the offer, and the young lady who was helping my group of 8 (adults and children) was able to put us in 2 VIP adults only rooms for the night and then moved us to our permanent rooms. Next day we packed our belonging and got moved to our ocean view rooms. The staff works hard to make sure guests are not unhappy but I think management needs to step up in this kind of situations and apologize to the guests. Leaving everything to the associates it’s not the way to go. The property is in good condition. I loved the shows they had available for the kids. Pool area lis maintained clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Cleaning staff would leave a cute towel animal on top of the bed. We visited 4 of restaurants in the resort and my favorite was the steak house. The food was delicious. Server Martin and Memo were very attentive. Manager of the steak house was able to accommodate us for dinner on our last night at the resort. Italian concept Venecia was also a favorite. Lunch and Dinner buffets were good.

I took my son here for his birthday and we all loved it! So many options for food and drinks which they were all amazing. Also, the staff is wonderful! I love the water was clean the service was friendly. We had different options on what to eat for dinner and the food was delicious they had shows every night. I just wish they had more shopping stores and on the food I just would like to for all the fried foods like Chilaquiles taquitos or tostadas to be more crunchy. were more like chew in the buffet area also coffee was delicious. If you grab it from the sport barn or the little coffee shop, but not in the buffet area.
