The staff was friendly I will say however something’s did rub me wrong . I tried to order a Jameson drink at the bars and was told it only one bar that has it okay I went there to only be told the bar was only for members and didn’t have the option to pay for it. I went to the front desk to inquire and was told this is the policy.. I have never been turned down to spend my OWN money ? I was told manger would come assist me and never did. No steak knives at All to eat with steak you just have to struggle with a butter knife, no straws at all. All the food is primarily Mexican which I do enjoy however more diversity is definitely needed at the buffets and several times food trays were empty.

I came here with my mom and 2 teenagers and we all loved it! Room was big enough for 4 of us. We had it cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was great with many choices. Hotel has its own store with everything you need for vacation (swimming suits, sunscreens, shirts and shorts, etc). Beach is clean with plenty of seats. We were absolutely happy with our stay!
