The rooms were clean and the staff at the pool and restaurant were excellent. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. The walls are thin and you can clearly hear conversations from the hallway.

We stayed as a family of four—two adults and two kids (ages 11 and 9). 1.The room was a good size, but the noise insulation between rooms and the hallway was almost nonexistent. I had to use earplugs, like I do at other noisy hotels. For anyone who can’t sleep with earplugs, this could be a real issue. 2.The pillows were way too tall it felt like sleeping standing up. Also, the top blanket cover wasn’t clean. It had stains and looked like it hadn’t been replaced between guests, which wasn’t great. Now, onto the good stuff: •The food and drinks were excellent—lots of fresh options throughout the day. Some of the restaurants require reservations through the app at least a day in advance. They’re not necessarily better in terms of food, but it’s a nice experience and worth trying since it’s included. •The staff was super friendly and always answered all my questions. The only downside was the check-in process—it lacked clear information and guidance. You kind of have to figure things out yourself or find someone to explain the activities and dining options. One thing that felt a bit off: certain restaurants and activities are only available at specific times for members only. It gave off a weird vibe, like you paid a lot but were still excluded from parts of the resort. Overall, I’d definitely come back. Now that I know how everything works, I’d enjoy it even more next time. You’ll have a great time and never go hungry there’s good food available all day long.

Very nice and friendly staff

Overall our stay was good. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is clean. The food was the issue. Yes the buffet are huge and variety of choices but the taste was not very delicious. It makes sense when they have to cook for over than 500 people every day. They have also some good restaurants, booking is required before, the food is delicious. I recommend the hotel.

Pros: This property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. They had great food options and everything is all inclusive which makes figuring out what you want to eat a breeze. The staff and service were top notch, everyone is friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Our balcony jacuzzi was seriously incredible and we spent the night watching a thunderstorm out in the ocean while the relaxing water lulled us to sleep. Cons: They will try offer a time share presentation. If that’s not your thing, just politely decline. We went to one because they offered us extra perks including a massively discounted tour to Chichén Itzá. The tour also included a Senote, lunch, a Mayan village tour, and an old colonial city. The tour guide was hilarious and the tour bus was top notch. If you don’t end up buying a time share, they will still let you keep the perks! Only other complaint, the pillows and beds were not the most comfortable, but I’m slightly picky about hotel beds in all honesty. Overall, wonderful hotel and experience! We will be going back!

Had a great stay at this resort. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Pedro and Ingrid who arranged early check-in for just $5. The atmosphere was great, and the place looked just like the photos on Google and Expedia. All-inclusive package was worth it with good food and drinks. Only downside was the rooms not being very soundproof. Highly recommend, I give it a 4.5 out of 5.

The food options were limited to the one Buffett for breakfast & dinner, no one tells you at check in that you have to make reservations to eat at the other restaurants. The internet access is very limited & it’s not a secure connections with a password. The room is very outdated & worn down. The pics on the website are of the rooms that have been remodeled which are ONLY available if you are a vacation club member. If you’re not a vacation club member you will be put in an old outdated, worn down room. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Great stay at Royal Solaris Cancun

We just returned from an amazing stay at Royal Solaris and I cannot say enough about the incredible staff who made our trip so special. First and foremost, Azucena, Mariana and Amy from the Kids Club were absolutely phenomenal. We have been to many resorts but their dedication and care for the kids were on another level. They were warm, attentive and truly passionate about what they do. Our little one felt safe, happy and excited every day and as parents that peace of mind is priceless. They made us feel like family and created a real home away from home experience. A big thank you to the reception team as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, especially with our phone with special needs. They were patient, understanding and always willing to help in every way possible. The cleaning staff also deserve recognition. Every single person we encountered was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any request. Anytime we needed something extra it was delivered right away with a smile. Our room was spotless every day and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. And the entertainment was top notch. The Moulin Rouge show was breathtaking, the acrobatics were incredible and the foam parties were so much fun. There was always something exciting happening and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy. Awful expedia is makes it look nice this is not a place you want to go. Be prepared for unexpected fees! I was charged 176 usd in fee and when I complained about it the manager said be lucky im not charging you more! Not to say that this is exptreemly misleading and unfortunate in expedias part! We ended up staying because it was close to 10 pm and we had just gotten there from an all day excursion. You will hear loud noices all night music bangs like furniture being thrown. My room had blood stains allllll over chipping in mirrors. Poor cocking everywhere! In the hallways spills everywhere ! Horribleeeee dont stay hear! And expedia please do better and erase this hotel its extremely misleading and false advertisement. I am seeking my full refund!

Pasamos unas lindas vacaciones, el hotel en general tiene un buen ambiente, amable staff, rica comida (en algunos restaurantes) y un buen kids club. Sin embargo, las instalaciones son un poco viejas. A excepción del café en el GR, que tiene un muy bonito espacio y aire acondicionado. Además de muy ricos cafés y pasteles. El mejor restaurante es el Marco Polo, muy buena atención y comida. El restaurante Bogavante tiene algunas cosas ricas, otras no tanto y la atención es regular. El restaurante Veneto, tiene algunos platos ricos, otros no. Y la atención es bastante deficiente. El aire acondicionado en las areas comunes del hotel no es bueno. El entretenimiento está bastante bien, hay shows muy recomendables! Muchos postres tanto del bufette como de algunos restaurantes no son buenos. En especial los helados y los postres con masa hojaldre como profiteroles. Podrían mejorar en este aspecto. El room service estuvo muy bueno, nos limpiaron y ordenaron la habitación muy bien!
