Disliked: Staff & service
Property is huge and surrounding is clean and taken care but inside the building room hallways is dirty. Staffs are not providing good service . At the buffet while eating , they took away the cups and clean up fast to finish their work. They don’t wait for guests to finish having meal. Stop I’m not happy another one from the beginning of the first day we started it terrible OK how is surviour they didn’t put towels the first two days. OK OK under that and then we could be some hard to change the new room after second day OK next day we can stay in electricity so they were blaming us and then they did our towers no bath towels no bathmat no soap no cream nothing inside about three people stay there there’s no not even anything that we have to ask every single thing every single thing we had to ask and when we changed to the new old room to the new room, they said they told us to leave the bags in the Orville the bell boys come and change things in the new room so I said no I’ll take it. Don’t worry you just pack everything and leave at 11 o’clock and then we wait until six or 530 after numerous calls finally they arrive and I had to go down and speak. Louder to get my stuff and they have no idea what’s going on. The staff doesn’t know I went to reception told me to go to guest service. The boys had to go to guest services and then I called and they were not listening properly. they are ignoring and talking in language and they’re not listening and answering my question and I’
