The property was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, plenty to do on or around the resort. My only issue was with the food, very rarely did I enjoy it, and I even got very sick for a whole day from some of the food/ice. Overall experience, 8.5/10.

All around good resort very close to some real nice spots like taboo and ilieos which were the highlight of the trip. I didnt like the no vapes no smoking areas anywhere on the property gota get on the main road but it is what it is, food was good vibes were nice real chill had a whole fire work show for the 4th staff super friendly not a bad go to

This is a beautiful resort with some truly great features. I loved the poolside atmosphere, the nightly shows were fun and well done, and most of the food was really enjoyable. They also did an excellent job keeping the beach clean and clear of seaweed, which made a big difference. That said, I did experience a few issues that made the stay disappointing overall. The front desk staff came across as dismissive, with no support offered after a very poor night’s sleep caused by loud neighbors. There was no effort to make it right, which really surprised me. My room also had some cleanliness concerns, visible stains on the pillows and walls that could have easily been addressed. And while the restaurants don’t take reservations, wait times for the better dining options were often 30 minutes to over an hour. I had some great moments here, but the lack of hospitality and care from staff really took away from the experience. I hope they can improve the service to match the beautiful setting.

Overall our stay was great. We loved our room and pool and beach areas were really nice. We also enjoyed the restaurants with the Italian being our favorite. My only complaint is they did not take reservations. I also wish the patio furniture was more comfortable.
